This bank has terrible service it does not matter the time there is always a line with no tellers and the ones they have are slow. The one that's supposed to help the line to offer help picks and chooses who she helps. I would not have stood in line 45 min so that the teller would tell me the bank does not take cash really it's a bank!

Terrible, time in Bank of America I recommend to switch banks. 2 people at the window and the lady working, went in lunch seeing all the people were there she left. It's like the DNV now you gonna make a huge line all day here. Please don't lose your card.

I had the worse experience of my life. I have a video but had to take still pictures because it will not accept a video. Basically the woman "manage" in the pictures of Bank of America refused to cash my check because she said "it looks Iike the characteristics do not match" and "your people are doing a lot of fraud right now". My people? She said, "yes, we will not cash your check" and said racist comments which I will not say on here because it is public form. When the author of the check, the account holder, drove all the way to the bank for me-she suddenly stated "oh we can cash your check now for you, as a favor" because BOA is not my normal bank. I do not understand when employess at banks became so judgmental. Interestingly, not that I have to prove anything but I'm an Attorney and will be taking this to the furthest point possible, oh yea, and I have video to prove it.

Standing in line as we speak. This is the third time I've to come into this location and true to form it is TRASH. Like other reviews say, 2 people at the windows and 4 random workers behind the tellers talking and having a grand ol' time. All in all, I was here for 45min for a withdrawal. How...why.. wtf

This bank sucks they take people out of line and help them and not in the order of the line which it should be and they are slow. Not courteous at all they do not great customers when walking I the bank like other Bank of America in San Pedro. They took a person I. The back of the line instead of front. They should ask if anyone need to make a deposit only but no !! Horrible horrible customer service.

They only have 2 persons working at window when the line is almost out the door. 1hr wait time, need to switch banks.

Terrible customer service. They only keep two windows opened and the line is always out of the building. All they care about is opening more accounts, which is very visible in the way they staff. Never returning to this bank. Chase it is.

The always present bank has always done me right. Whether I'm using the app, going in the bank or standing at the ATM, I have appreciated the flexibility in banking.

Most workers in there lack customer service skills. They are rude and non helpful. Been banking with BOA for over 8 years and the time I go in there with an issue they offered very little help stating that computers do the job and sometimes make mistakes.

To the manager that doesn't have any customer services skills. That brushed of my mom off on 3/25/22 just because she called you out and said you were being rude. You should take that as constructive criticism and fix your attitude towards customers. And not try to flaunt your title. Your title means nothing if you can't treat customer right. My mom had all the correct paperwork necessary to open a payee account. If you are not up to date with the correct information I would suggest asking to get an inservice or additional training. Even a manager doesn't know everything which is okay because you aren't the all knowing powerful manager you think you are. Come off the cloud you on sweetie your ONLY human. To the teller or whatever at the door Andy or Andrew (covered up his name and didn't want to tell my mom his name) your an idiot. I hope your mom never has to go through this. Not because she's the manager makes her an almighty human being. If you see her like that I feel sorry for you. Hope you both have the day you deserve!!

This place is trash. I had a customer write me a check came to cash it and because I don't have an account with there sorry ass back the wanted to charge me a $86 dollar fee base of what amount the check was for. So I told the clerk I have a Cc with you guys that it's good for more than what the check was for and she refused it she said there's a limit so I ask the limit she ignored me and after said I'm not going to tell you because you are not a customer.
