I needed to buy myself a cowboy-style jeans jacket, and I found Botas Guadalajara on Google. Once I went in, I could smell the authenticity of their leather. They have various boots, belts, belt buckles, jeans, shirts, and women's attire. The lady who helped was very kind and nice, and I regret not getting her name because I wanted to give her a shout-out. Thanks to her, I found a jacket that matched my cowboy outfit; she even went the extra mile and sent one of her employees to their storage location to see if they had my jacket in a different color and the same size as the one I picked.
Ultimately, I found my jacket to take to Mexico, and it was all thanks to her. If you are looking for authentic cowboy gear or accessories, stop by Botas Guadalajara and try them. I am positive you will find what you need in this store.

I love the variety they have. The styles are great for both men and women. However the staff was rude and not friendly or kind. They could be more helpful and outgoing. No restroom for customers is a negative for me. I will not be going back. I had to leave to use the restroom else where and did not feel comfortable to go back

I brought some boots to this place to repair, don't bring your boots to be repaired here, the old man who works here doesn't know how to fix or write the notes, I brought mine just because of a screw that was sent to another place but I told them that once and for all the When I cleaned it, I imagined it was a mess, but when I went to get them, they were already a different color, they were almost white. If they were almond-colored, they were no longer that color. The old man here finished them. I don't know what he polished them with, because he took all the color out of them. Like I burn them, no, the truth is, if you don't want a poorly done job, don't come here.
