Bon always kills the box braids! The braids themselves last until you’re ready to take em out…New growth be the only reason you gotta take em down. I’ve been getting braided by Von since high school!

Got my hair braided here by Rene. I appreciate the fact that she took me in last minute, i explained over the phone what i wanted and how long my hair was she gave me a quote of $35. But I was charged $50 at shop once she was done for an effortness and sloopy job. All i wanted were two simple braids on each side. It took her less then 30 mins and she brushed up any loose hair with extra gel which made it look sloopy and bumpy. Not to mention couldn't even fix my baby hairs up front. I over paid on the effort and tipped her as well $10. The tip was just for taking me in last min. I dont like drama so i didn't make a deal about it. But I would never go there again. I walked around with family and friends asking who did my hair cause it was bad... so I ended up just take braids out.

I went in for crom rolls , and Absolutely loved them , never got them done before and Renee answered all my questions and was fast , I highly recommend .

I have been coming here for years, I absolutely love Theresa and Renea. Their professionalism is great all time. Not only do they braid all my girls and grandchildren hair, they have become a one stop shop and I love it.

I love the Braid Factory, I was there in the past and I can't remember the person who did my hair but she did a great job with my Beehive. I definitely will be going back, I hope the same people are there and I hope they're still open. (I sew my own weave and the Braid Factory does my Beehive)
