Brown bolt is great place to find screws and bolts that you would normally have a hard time finding at other places, and the service counter always has friendly person available to help. I hard a difficult time find a stainless bolt for some reason no one carried it, I went to brown bolt and they had the exact bolt I needed.

I went to ACE hardware and could not find a particular size bolt I needed. They referred me over to brown bolt. Went over and Joe helped me out with what I needed. Also he let me know they have all kinds of specialty stuff & tools that you might run into and you need.

They saved the day when we snapped a bolt and their was no dealer nearby that had one in stock. Not only did they have the bolt, but it took less than a minute for them to locate it! Very nice customer service. My go to for nuts and bolts from now on! Thanks!

The tent setup is pretty awesome and the Joe guy is very knowledgeable and quick customer service. This place has everything, only thing is their bolts aren't brown jajaja

I just called looking for exhaust manifold studs. Really more of an automotive item than a specialty bolt. They did not have but the lady that answered the phone was so cheerful and helpful, just makes the world a better place.
