This Dollar tree is very well stocked and organized. It is a pleasant environment. I was able to receive excellent Customer service from Mechelle. She is always so incredibly helpful and kind. ☺️ I love going to this particular Dollar tree because if I need any assistance or questions I can count on her to be there. She's at the Downey and Alondra located in Paramount. This is my favorite Dollar tree to shop at. 😊

I purchased a gift card for my mother. The following day she tried to spend it and was told it only had .57 cents when I purchased $100. Went to the store to let them know and they couldn’t do nothing, said I had to file a claim. My bank couldn’t help me, called the mecys store and sent me a denial letter about not being able to get refunded. I lost my money. Be careful when purchasing gift cards. Never again. No one was helpful.

I feel the items I was there to get that I've seen their a lot in the past and actually have purchased from there just for not there. Play the customer service from the employees is always good at least in my experience, they are nice and they are helpful

I want to ask the manager of the store why the restroom is not working I come most of the time in always has a issue I take medication in I really need to used the Restroom in the employee Margarita told me is for long time not working how bad in very bad services today this happen on 01-31-25 around 7:57pm
