Bought boots on ebay and they arrived and didn't fit.
I asked them if I could return for a refund.
They said I could and gave me their address.
I sent them back.
They have kept boots that I sent back to them and ebay has closed the refund for some reason.
So I'm out the original cost of the boots, postage and the return postage and have nothing to show for it.
The boots defintely arrived and were good quality so they aren't complete scammers but they have worked out how to scam the refunds system on ebay.
Apparently it's too late for a bad ebay review for them too. So i'm posting here.

For the past 3 years I have bought boots from Tony. Haven’t had a problem. I’ve bought at least 20 pairs of exotic Los Altos boots. I call him first to make sure he can get the item. He has the best prices on exotic boots. Give him a call.

Ordered a pair of size 9 steel toe boots from them.They were too small.I asked them in an email if I could exchange them for a size 10.They said I could.I sent them back to them for the exchange.They refused to exchange them after they said that they would,and now they are also keeping the boots that I sent back to them.WORTHLESS EBAY won't do anything about this.It's a good thing I am not in California.BEWARE of this company.

Ordered a pair of White Python Snake skin boots for my husband of 39 years November 6, 2021 from the Paramount store! Was told on December 13, 2021 that they did not have them in that size. So I told him to refund my money! Never got it! Spoke with a man named Tony the other day and he said he could not find where it was posted but on my mobile app for debit card it reads "Dona Michi Leathers Paramount $275.00 underneath that is CAUS"! SO AS OF September 30th, 2022 I still don't have my refund!!!!

I ordered a pair of white python snake skin boots on November 6, 2021! December 12, 2021 I was informed they did not have them so I asked for a refund.To this day, April 2, 2022 I have not received my refund!!!!!!

2 pairs of sandals ordered, wrong size received and one pair was not whst was ordered. Items returned, followed up by phone which was stated by company items were received. They have not processed return $$. This is a ripoff! Do not buy from this company!
