  Bad customer service.They don't want to do your nails the way you want them done. They want to do them the way they want to. When you try to tell them, they get mad. Stay away from 👎
  
  This is my respond. A month ago I was scheduled to get my nails done by Karen.
  Which I made appointment 3 days prior. She was double booked with someone else but I came in first so she had to do my nails and she rushed through them. I was upset, but I came back in 3 weeks. This young lady said she's been there a long time and she does better. She said Karen no longer worked at the shop. This is the person I am speaking of. She got upset and gave me bad service.

  I got the Gel X mani and a level 3 pedicure with regular polish. The service was professional. I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate. The place is clean. They have many colors and options.

  Exotic Nails is the absolute best! I love coming here. It’s nice and relaxing. Everything is clean, colors, gel and products are all high quality. I get gel manis and they never chip or peel. I am always receiving compliments on my nails when I get them done here. Normally Kayla will do my mani, but all the ladies are really great. They also have all the new popular styles, chrome, cat eye, jelly, stones. Try it out, you will love it!!

  So I stopped at my cleaners and next door to it is a nail shop. Since I needed a manicure for Valentine's Day i decided to stop in. They were cleaning and very nice. They normally closed on Monday but they invited me and my puppy I was carrying inside. The guy told me where to sit and I told him what service I was looking for manicure with a buff no polish. The young lady name Kayla came over after finishing what she was doing and started my service. She was nice, thorough, and did exactly what I asked for even better because she oiled me up pretty good so I wouldn't be ashy...lol!!! Definitely a great experience and I will be back!!!

  Gel-x by Kayla. i followed her here from the shop she used to work at and into her very own shop, shes been my nail tech for years! SHES THE BEST! she does great pedicures as well. :) everyone here is so kind and sweet and willing to help you out however that may be. Tim and Kim are also very good. I have nothing negative to say about this business, if you're wondering where to go for to get your nails done this is your place. They are very accommodating :)

  I always leave here with a beautiful set of fresh nails. Everything is clean, organized, a relaxing nail salon. All the ladies here are very nice and do a great job. From gel maní, pedis, acrylic sets. I will get a mani from anyone here but my favorite is Kayla. They also have a beautiful selection of all colors, shades, glitter, chrome, designs. Exotic Nails is the place to be. Try it! You'll love it.

  No need in making an appointment, they don't keep them. My appt was at 9:30, which was the time I was told they opened. When I arrived, not only was everyone busy but also ppl waiting.

  Les comparto mi mala experiencia en este lugar, fui a ponerme mis uñas y solamente quería un diseño sencillo y me hicieron una porquería .. Aquí les dejo "la expectativa y la realidad" De verdad cero "0" recomendados Por favor no vallan a hacerse este tipo de trabajo a este lugar ..Horribleee I'm going to tell you guys the worst experience that I passed in this nail salon. I went to to get my nails done and I went in to get a simple design and I turned out with something horrible. I'm going to but a picture on wha I asked for and what they ended up giving me. I honestly don't recommend this place at all .

  I absolutely loved the time and effort that they put into me today. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and got my eyebrows waxed. They were able to take out an ingrown I had and they were gentle and made sure they got everything out. I would 10/10 recommend.
