The service was great! The staff made life easy with their rental car pickup/drop off convenience on site. Aside from the repairs the insurance paid for, the black spots were removed and it appeared the interior was detailed. Fast turn around time and I love the status update feature via text. I was a bit embarrassed to see how I neglected my vehicle was after they were done with it. Highly recommend!

They did a great job with my car. The only reason I put 4 stars was the lack of communication. They sometimes would not update the status and I felt like I was in limbo. On there sheet I put weekly updates, but sometimes I would not get an update. The website would give me a possible pick up date and would not call me to confirm if I am able to pick up my car or not. I would have to call and see if it was ready to pick up. When they would check and tell me it's not ready, 2 min later I get a text giving me another date, which is fine but I feel like I should not have to call if they would just update the website more frequently. Other than that they did a good job.

Bad customer service and bad attitude I was trying to get estimate for my insurance company and my lawyer need to see the estimate they got mad at me and said that I can’t bring the car to them to get it fix .

Scared and apprehensive after my car was stolen,it landed at Fix auto and came back to me like new.They kept constant communication with me and answered all of my questions no matter how many times I called.It was an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone but if I had to do it all over it would definitely be with Fix!I feel like she's new again.Thank you Fix
