Not impressed with shipping charges. $80 usd for a 8 lb package to Canada that I can send back to them for $35 Canadian THEN it took 3 weeks . They have not been very helpful to refund any shipping costs. Also I am a continued repeated customer and no deals or savings to be had...... stick it to everyone every time. Other suppliers are out there so I am done being screwed over by I&I For a religious company they may need God's help to continue to business this way Save your money look elsewhere.

I have been buying parts from Wendy and previously her Father for years. It wasn't till recently I realized how greedy and condescending she is to her customers. I made a cash purchase and I was short a $1.35 and she requested I pay the remaining balance with my debit card (Really). She stated they only sell some items in pairs. My last purchase was for a Sun Visor. I stated I only needed one...once again she stated she only sells them in pairs (left and right). These are unpadded and un upholstered...so there is no left or right.....just greediness....taking my Business to the Filing Station or Chevy of the 40's
