“Did a decent job, my sofa is white so I can't blame them completely for some of the stains not coming out, but it took almost 2 days to dry, which leads me to believe they didn't drain as much water as they should have.”

“Great customer service! I went in with a top that needed to be sewn by hand and they were very honest it would be pricier. So they gave me heavy duty thread for free if I wish to do it on my own. Not many places go above and beyond. Will definitely be back for any future alterations”

“I lived in a loft in DTLA that had no screens so lo and behold, I had a moth situation. And expensive sweaters. Which was devastating. I started out taking a few sweaters to test the waters and see how they'd turn out. Thus far, I've taken in easily 15 cashmere, mohair and various wool blend sweaters with multiple holes and the work has been stellar. As well as the cleaning. What's more they actually care that you're happy. That's huge to me. I've had more than a few bad dry cleaner experiences so I'm very trepidatious. And my UGGs? The ones my cat decided to mark his territory on? Well, they were unwearable. Or so I thought. But now they look amazing. You can't even tell they were ever marked. No stains. No smells. “Let me just say that my neighbor told me about this laundry guy facility. My first visit was a wonderful experience and I have not been to a larger facility in years. The SANO wash filter pumps sanitizer which made me come back I enclosed the pictures you can see the SANO pump. The staff is amazing and they did everything to make sure that their customers are satisfied. The facility is clean for your protection and I recommend anyone to come to the facility”

“I went to Louie's cleaners to get my wedding suit, blazers, and pants, and my wife's wedding dress to get it cleaned and preserved. The pants were $5, the blazer was $15, and the wedding dress cleaning and preservation was $250. They even offered to clean her veil and preserve it for no extra cost! The boxing did take about 9 weeks, but it was right after the July 4 holidays so it's understandable. Louie's cleaned my suit very well. As for the preservation of the wedding dress and veil, they did an excellent job! My wife can now view her preserved wedding dress from time to time, and she is very happy about it. I would definitely recommend Louie's if you need suit cleaning or wedding dress preservation!”

“Well this cleaners is consistant, .. they opened one up on rosecrans and studebaker now their hours arent consistent, it says 930 to 7 pm. I'm waiting 15 minutes and it's nearly 10 pm.Work on your punctuality cleaners you can lose clients this way.. or leave a messege on the window or have an active telephone number people. Lol.”
