Good staff and very kind and attentive when they are available but most of the time when I need access to my PO BOX I don’t have access no one no one being available in the office and it’s almost always closed during open hours. It is important to have access as needed during business hours posted at their door. Sorry but The accessibility just is very unobtainable when I need access. I’m not the kind of person who complains but in regards to accessibility I do feel it is important for someone to to be available to facilitate access to the mailboxes.

We went to the store for U-Haul services and were helped by Abel and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was more than helpful for a first time uhaul driver assisted with hooking up the tow dolly to the car even though it was not part of their services and even went the extra mile when we needed parking after the transaction due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you Abel.

I cannot believe how this facility has changed overnight. This new woman Karla or Francis at the most discourteous people. No work ethics or common sense. The attitude they have is like "if you do not like it then go somewhere else"! I don't need your reply to my comment apologizing and excusing how this facility should be run. I don't. You know you're right. I don't need your nasty storage or u-hauls. I foresee your business declining.

Be careful, advertised size and actual size not the same. I wanted a 10X15. When I measured it. It came back around just below 9X13-1/2 feet.

I been a customer for over 10 years I went to the office and ask if there was any empty units to rent the new lady named Karla has no customer service at all seems like she docent know what she doing on the computer she made a face she reply there was nothing and we know there is empty units available but docent want to rent them out for unknown reason when Veronica was there never had an issue to rent units had the BEST customer service and was presentable in the office this lady docent even look clean or presentable at all docent even smile looks like she upset with the world or she hates her job pleaseee I hope you guys take a action or this lady Karla will make this company go broke
