The girls are really nice and helpful. I've been here 2 times and walked out with a couple pairs of heels, flats and sandals. They went out of their way to help me find a good sandal since my feet are more wide. I had a problem where I was given different sizes on some loafer heels and they were nice enough to change them for me. They got back to me asap through their instagram. 10/10 would recommend if your looking for some heels asap, they have so many cute options.

So many shoes, boots and heel options. Prices can be a bit lower though. But its a small business so it's understandable. If you need a shoe quick this is the place to come to because you'll definitely fine something. I'm coming back to get my winter boots ! See my cool pics. I walked in to this place for a second time, while I was waiting for my nail appointment next door. My 2nd experience, the girl at the register has no enthusiasm of being there or helping anyone. Her long face says a lot. A previous message said "how they disinfect" that clear did not happened after I tried on some sandals. She put them right in the box and did not bother to ask any questions or maybe give some other suggestions. This was Saturday around 4pm. She was probably the owner. I will not patronized this type of behavior/business. There was 1 other girl who was actually walking and helping other customers maybe the girl next to her can seek some tips in how to better serve customers

Walked in today because everyone is raving about this place being good with their prices and they are affordable but their customer service is really bad. They didn’t approach me if I needed help they just looked at us. They were chatting it up with another customer about personal things. When I was paying she didn’t even give me a receipt she just took my money and walked away. Very unprofessional. Not shopping there again.

I love shopping here because the shoes are affordable and good quality! The girls working there are the sweetest and they are so helpful. They are also super clean. I'm a very detailed person and I pay attention to how they disinfect shoes after customers try them on. They also disinfect seats, mirrors, and door handles. I like the new location, but I've been shopping with them since Paramount Swapmeet.
