I came in earlier today, maybe about 3:40 or so, not really looking for anything specific; but rather, what caught my eye. As I'm walking around the aisles, I can see that they are busy, which makes sense because it's raining. I go check out the underwear section, and I realize that, hey, i don't need them yet but it would be good to have some more. There is a button that says "press for service". I pressed the button once, wait awhile, no one shows up. Again, understood, they are busy. I wait like 5-10 minutes, pushing the button (because it deactivates after awhile), and still nothing. No one glimpses, or even says be with you in a moment, nothing. Perplexed, I walk around, and I see two associates, laughing and talking it up, not even properly working. They are in the section that I'm at, so I approach them and ask if any of them have the key. In an angry tone, one of them says "no, this is not my section, I cannot help you". This made me upset because one, you are around the section. Two, even if you're not in your assigned section, you could at the very least try to help the customer who's asking. Her attitude (and sadly I didn't get her name), made me so upset, that I left my shopping cart there and walked out. Walmart needs to retrain their employees in customer service. I opted to walk out instead of making a scene. If I could rate this overall visit with 0 stars, I would.

Had lost my debit card and went frantically looking for it, luckily the employees were super helpful and found it for me. Made my day :')

-0 stars if i could!!!!! waited over a fucking hour for some legos!!!!!!!! fucking legos. employees are slow and not helpful with a nasty ass attitude. don't waste your money or time here go to target or any where else but walmart

This Walmart is terrible, avoid if you can. Front lead Diego is unhelpful and could not help us at all! Rude when asked for help as a manager.

While here this morning, The Lady in front of us had Alott! Of items (not the issue) the issue is her being on her phone (the worker) instead of checking the lady out and having a line behind her. Shes on her phone for about 2 minutes while we are standing there (has been on her phone since we walked up) then while in the mist of checking us out now. Her then husband or boyfriend walks up with Starbucks for her and she stops checking us out to talk to him and give him a kiss. Its Bad Enough we have to check ourselves out at most Walmarts now but we come to this one so we dont. Please do better.

i scanned the first few reviews here & 90% of the problems seem from cases that need to be opened with a key & only ONE person that can't be located has it. that's not my issue. granted this is the last walmart i usually go to my favs are in long beach/lakewood area. however the downey landing location is closer to me so i went there & they didn't have the item i was looking for so went to this paramount location. to be clear in the past it's been ok. i usually don't need alot of help so i'm in and out. you either have what i'm looking for or you don't. however it was difficult to park because HALF the parking lot is BLOCKED OFF because they are rennovating the store. also it seems they've narrowed the aisles to make it difficult to get through. it didn't help that they didn't have the item i was looking for. so beware. p.s. it's actually a good thing that they are going to rennovate as it's probably been 5 years since it was last done & it does look dark & dingy. however it won't be done until november so i'll avoid it until then.

Today I went to many different Walmarts and the employees in those locations were barely any help so I had a lot of trouble looking for a specific item but as soon as I came in to this location two employees by the names of SAUL and ALFONSO didn't hesitate to help me out and thanks to them I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate them for taking the time to help me out!

I've been to a lot of bad Walmarts. This one in Paramount is pretty terrible. Cleanliness isn't a priority. Nothing is priced correctly and they removed the scanners so it makes it tough to shop. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LOCK UP. Nobody has the key and they can't find anyone with it. The associates aren't helpful at all. Do go there unless you absolutely have to.

I don't know what was going on here Saturday but to make us wait a whole hour to get someone with keys to open the case in automotive was just terrible. How come all the employees that walked by saying only 1 person has the key. Not cool. Yall need to do better

Purchased a Roku tv at this location back in December. Something recently happened to it. So I go in store to try and get a print out of a receipt of when I purchased it so I can get my replacement. I go to customer service. The lady there calls her manager. That manager says, what time and which register were you at? This is in December, all I know is that it was purchased at this location. My old receipt disintegrated, you can no longer read it, so now Walmart wants me to think back to December of 2022! To remember what time I was there and which register?! Are you fucking kidding me! No, that's why I bright the box back, and the person who purchased it with their ID and credit card. WALMART YOUR A SAD COMPANY! SERIOUSLY! YOUR SUPPOSED TO HELP CUSTOMERS AND YOU CANT EVEB DO THAT!? ALL IM ASKING IS FOR A RECEIPT! MY OTHER ONE YOU CAN NO LONGER READ. I AM TRYING TI FILE A CLAIM ON MY ITEM! MY TV IS DEFECTIVE, IT WONT EVEN SHOW PICTURES AS MUCH ANYMORE!! ALL I WANTED WAS MY DAMM RECEIPT THATS IT!!!!

Do NOT go to this Walmart if you don't have to. Waited 20 minutes in the alcohol lane to get service just to get a bottle of wine. I am so tired of stuff like this being locked up and there is only one person with the key. They never come. Finally another lady was waiting with me and she was able to flag down someone who had to also flag down the manager for his keys to open up the cabinets. Of course the associate went to the woman first (although I was waiting there first). Then she asked me for this associate on what I wanted. He grabbed it, then set it on the ground. I asked, "Can I put this in my cart?" And he said it will be in aisle 13. No!!! Look sir, I've been waiting here for 20 minutes and o would be an idiot to try and steal this $14 bottle of wine now. He gave it to me and waved me off. Fine whatever. Then I go to the hair care section for some conditioner and the lady at the counter says I can't bring my cart in this section. You know what? I'm done. I don't need the damn conditioner that bad to be subjugated to this type of treatment. As if the hundreds of cameras in the store aren't enough. Just close this Walmart if people are stealing that much in here. Won't be back

Payment/Money Services Week ago came 830 didnt know 8 was close time Came today at 7:51 752 lady @ terminal was already walking in with cash register into office, closing a till take a some time specially if you do it right, was told closed UNCPTBLE

Beyond disgruntled with this location. I waited 20 minutes for someone to open the case with the gain pods. Even then no one came to open it. I looked for an associate and was let known that there is only one person with a key to open it in the entire store. I missed out on the 60+ pods for $15 behind the case and had to settle for the 30+ pods for $10 all because no one could come open the case for me. Don't plan on coming to this location again.
