I came just to get a simple manicure. I had come in before and the manicure was fine, I don’t think the lady from before actually cleaned up my cuticles but it was fine. I came in for another manicure and my nails are shaped weird. The clear polish that they put before putting your nails under the UV light got onto my skin and she didn’t even notice. I literally had to ask her if she was going to remove it because I really don’t think she noticed it. My nails were already short, so I’m not sure if the color I chose along with the length were hard to work with, but she could have said that, and I would have gladly waited for someone else. There’s also the fact that you can see whole slabs of my nail on the sides, as in, the nail polish didn’t cover my whole nail. I had also had a pink color before the new color, and you could still see it because she didn’t even cover. Her solution on how to fix this was to continue to file the nail as opposed to adding more nail polish. My nails are shaped weird, they’re lumpy, and not done properly. Overall, im just very unhappy with the outcome.

This place was very nicely decorated. I was seated right away and my nail. Tech, it was very pleasant overall, a great experience. Although I did notice there were some ladies getting pedicures, and some of the nail ticks, assisting them seemed to offer me they're personal. Preference, instead of giving the customer what they were asking for they were a little pricey. But i'm very pleased with the work I received

I am sad to have to give a two stars, but I have been to this place twice, once when they first opened and now July 19, 2024. The place is very nice, but upsetting to pay $41 I paid for an extra 10 minutes foot massage. Seeing all the beautiful colors of polish is why I came in. But this is the second time I was confused about the look of my big toes. So in the orange polish the toenails are not filled straight. (This was July). It’s clear that the left big toe is fake, but if you zoom in on the picture it’s clear to it is filed at an angle. Which she sat to the side when she filed my toes.

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. Honestly depends on who you get to tend to your needs. I recommend Mimi, she does an amazing job and feels so welcoming and warm to be around. Wait time is usually underestimated though so don’t be surprised if it ends up taking a little longer. Regardless of that, they get the job done! And done right! A bit on the pricy side but worth every penny.

I went to get a pedicure and today they really disappointed me, the water was very cold! I told the person who was giving me the pedicure and he said sorry, sorry and he continued doing it as if nothing had happened, he also did my nails very quickly, he didn't put any effort into cleaning my nails and that's supposed to be the case. important part of the pedicure, they used a hard yellow sponge like two carved under my foot to remove the dead skin and my feet were the same, I really paid $24 only because they painted my nails, which by the way was not a big deal because He just gave them a little pass and then with the shine and that was it, I asked the lady what was happening? Why was he doing the work so quickly? and he told me that he had a lot of work and a lot of people. Which isn't really my problem, right? but that's why I'm leaving this review... I don't think I'll be back.

I always come here to get my feet done! I love this place! Recently, they had a switch up in management or something because there is a new guy working the front and he is soooooo rude! Idk if they are forcing him to cover the front desk! But he is not as inviting as the previous workers and that sucks because the people who are actually doing the work are awesome and so sweet! He is just the worst! I only keep coming because of the workers! Yall need to have a conversation with him and tell him customer service is everything! Its ok to smile and be nice! Not rushing and rude! Snatching the money off the counter type stuff! Lets do better as you are the first person we see when we enter this establishment! Ugh! The services provided are still top tier from all the precious workers in that establishment!

Does nail sets really good and defines shape. You can tell effort was put into it. They can be very creative with the design just like it would be for a nail tech.
