“This review is for the tire center only, I did not go into the store.
After an accident popping my tire, I went into walmart tire center to get it replaced. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Jovi took care of everything I needed, looked out for the cost, was so informational and got me in and out in about 45 minutes on a Friday for what I expected was going to take all day. Absolutely recommend!”

“I dropped my car there it was over heating and stalling quickly I'm handicapped and have trouble making arrangements but peter at quality always makes sure to take care of my needs and there shop does a great job with the repairs . I don't use any other shop for my repairs it was my radiator”
“Took my vehicle for tire rotation, balance, & alignment check. Jeff listened to what I requested & mechanics did a thorough inspection. Once done they gave back the paper to Jeff and waited for the total of what I would pay. Aside from being informed my tire sensors needed to be replaced (Save that for another time), total came to $0. They are doing FREE tire checks. I Waited for 2 hours and change but quicker than most places. I have been coming here for years due to their good service, professionalism, & transparency to their work. Plus it was sooo hot everyone was still with good attitudes. Thank you”

“Henry sat with my husband for an hour explaining all our options regarding a new transmission. No pressure told us go home & let him know our decision. 2 weeks later we dropped off the car. I went out of town so it was convenient to leave the car at this time. Turns out it wasn't our transmission but the catalytic converter. Some mechanics woulda said both had to be replaced but not Henry. He called my husband even on his vacation to explain everything that Henry Jr had discovered & made sure to go over everything step by step. The car was finished before I returned from Texas, even washed, vacuumed, my tires shined & it smelled great. Since my husband is disabled & has only one leg, Henry & Anna brought the car home for him & even brought in boxes I had sent home from Texas. The whole family went above & beyond to make this an experience that has left us with a renewed hope that there are still good & honest people who really care. Just this 1st time experience has left us feeling like family. Going forward in the future with confidence with Henry & the entire staff. God Bless you all. Leslie & Jim Cunningham.”

“Came in for new tires for my truck. Had them inspect a few other items. This was the only time I’ve been to a car place where they didn’t find anything else wrong with my truck. They called to tell me they didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t even recommend I do anything extra as far as repairs. Great experience”

“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”

“Top notch, customer service! Called them late on a Thursday and they didn’t have the size of tire I need but said they could get it by the next day. I was fine with that and when I asked if they could call me when they get it so I could have my car towed over it changed they let me know they can come to me. Called me early morning just like they said they would the next day. Helped get my tire replaced in no time and was so nice and friendly.”
“I had an excellent experience at the oilstop. I received a free cabin filter removal and replacement. Andrew went over and beyond his duties to safely removal the panels and glove box to get to my old cabin filter and he put everything back right and tight just how I brought my car in.”

“Ten-Four are an excellent local automotive shop in Whittier. Best staff, friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for my car another customer came in for a smog and Ricky advised them there was a recall for something in their vehicle and that they would need to go to dealer so they could fix. A dealer paid for matter. They might have never known about it. Like I said before they are knowledgeable and a wonderful asset to Whittier.”
“I had such a great experience here! Jordan helped me and represents this business well. A couple things really stood out to me. They honor their quotes, they will pay for an Uber to take you home and back vs. having to wait for your vehicle, and they overall just make getting an oil change a pleasant experience!
While I was waiting, another customer came in to bring the staff a box of treats to thank them for helping her out. This says SO MUCH about a tire/auto shop.

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”
