Been coming here for oil and filter change for 3 years and have never had an issue…. but I also drive a Honda 🤷🏽♂ and have a good and honest auto shop that I take it to for major repairs so YMMV
STOP TAKING YOUR JUNK CARS AND THEN COMPLAINING WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG

“They were so helpful! I found out I had a nail in one of my tires and it was loosing air, I called that morning and they told me to bring my car by whenever worked for me they would fit me in. They patched my tire and rotated my tires for free! I also got an oil change and they got all three things done in just over an hour, they called me and let me leave my car there until I could come and pick it up in a few hours. When I picked it up it was quick and efficient, I recommended this place to some of my friends already but this was by far the best experience I've ever had getting work done on my car!”

“I found the place on Google near my job and chose it based on its reviews. It was a friendly and fast service provided by Edwin, who was very professional and well-coordinated. The part I didn't like, or that I'm just not used to, was their way of upselling more services—it felt very robotic, rehearsed from a script, and pushed things you don't really need just to make an extra sale. I went in for a synthetic oil change for about $90 and ended up paying $205, even with a discount and a coupon. With a few additives they sold me, a replaced brake light bulb, and a check of other components, the price kept climbing. Truthfully, it borders on the line between reasonable and expensive. They sell you a bit on their whole pitch, but the service is fast—and honestly, it’s better than Jiffy Lube, believe me.”

“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”

“I had such a great experience here! Jordan helped me and represents this business well. A couple things really stood out to me. They honor their quotes, they will pay for an Uber to take you home and back vs. having to wait for your vehicle, and they overall just make getting an oil change a pleasant experience!
While I was waiting, another customer came in to bring the staff a box of treats to thank them for helping her out. This says SO MUCH about a tire/auto shop.

“It's difficult to go anywhere and get a fair deal, especially when it comes to Automotive repair. Everyone wants to high gross you no matter what you are having done. I just wanted an oil change but the first half a dozen places I went wouldn't even do it because it's a high end vehicle but these guys went out of their way to do it and gave me a great price. I would send anyone who needed anything done, to the Tire Depot. Just the transparency is worth paying more but I ended up saving $100.00 which was a refreshing change!”

“My service engine light soon was on and my car had a weird idle I took it in here and Lee told me what the problem was and how I would save a lot of money just going to AutoZone and replacing the part myself didn't even charge me for the diagnosis and in the end I only have to pay $150 at AutoZone and 5 minutes of my own time to fix it. If ever have car problems again I'm definitely coming back here!”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”
