Leased a unit and moved out the same day.. the manager went on lunch and never came back! The place is super dirty and smells bad.. customer service couldn't reach her and I wasted hours waiting! Canceled and went somewhere else!!

Not happy at all, the female worker the day of my move-in was not custom services oriented, this was on
07-12-25 approximately 12:40 pm.
The office was closed and my understanding employees lunch is from 1pm to 2pm the employee had pulled up and was in a hurry to give me my storage number 017 container.
She handed me a business card was rude and brief to not bother walking me over to my unit and how to use the gate code nor how to open the container doors, i had to figure is out on my own.
Then it was the 15 min opening of the container doors, the unit was a mess filthy with oil on the floor that I almost slipped on Old dried up paint white and color and the back of the container all of the aluminum casing that secures one unit from the other was completely broken on the right top hand side easy access from the other unit.
At this point I called the telephone number that was on the door I spoke to someone in the Philippines who took a half an hour to help me locate a new container he had several choices to choose from he walked me through a new contract and was very assistant to all of my needs and the fact that I was very upset I was calm at that point and I proceeded to put my products and personal items inside of the container.
That's the first time customer I was very disappointed because I moved my personal items from one storage facility 2 mi away to yours based on recommendation advertisement and customer service over the phone from another country to come to find out that the storage was a container which I wasn't looking for I was looking for a roll-up door drive up I have pictures listed below

Came to this location looking to rent a storage unit not knowing how to go about renting a unit. I spoke with Jesse the assistant manager and he explained all that is needed and how to go about renting a unit. He also took the time to show me different units to help accommodate my needs. From the time i walked in to the time i left i got great customer service from all employees at SecureCare storage. Will recommend this location to others.
