Very clean place. Workers smiled as they passed by. Love the rates. The only downside was there is no lights in the units. When asked about it they said the bill was too high as ppl were leaving them on. I understand but Maybe they could have installed motion lights or something other than just no lights. Other than that I would definitely recommend this storage location.

Joseph was extremely helpful. Provided excellent customer service helped me with my outstanding balance and helped me throughout the whole process. Definitely will recommend for future unit rentals.

This specific location and staff are the best! The manager, Joseph G has always been super friendly and helpful throughout my time. The facility is always clean overall a safe place to store my items.

I love this place!! William was such a great help, always making sure i felt welcome when i walked in through the door serving me with a smile. He’s a good individual showing my family magic tricks when we come to make a payment. Great place I would definitely recommend!

The staff of the establishment provided great service, very well managed. I had checked few places & none were as clean as this one. It was my first time using storage & can say i’ll definitely will do so again.

I've been sharing a unit with my best friend for more than 10 years now. The location has switched to new ownership, and the new technology that Extra Space has installed throughout this location has vastly improved my experience. The new manager, Joseph, and maintenance technician Antonio are professionals. You can tell they get to know their tenants. They care about their property and tenants, too. I'm approached with a smile and a friendly attitude every time I see them. I would recommend this location to my friends and family looking for storage.

If i had the opportunity to rate this storage in Paramount Ca a 10 star I would . Unfortunately I had to leave but for personal reasons . This guys are awesome I know In the future if I need a storage , not hesitating to go back to this storage . Both Joseph who I have known longer and ever since and until this day awesome and caring and William also great to reach out to as well . Thank you for helping your customers best you can and for that reason I know I would go back in a heartbeat ?. Thank you

First thing, Joseph customer service and attitude was awesome. Really nice guy and very chill. He provided the best details to his knowledge and showed us the unit and explained the whole process in renting a storage. Placed looked very cleaned and well maintained.

Hello, I was a little unsure about the area because I heard through other customers that this area was not safe. My husband and I was reassured by William that everything was updated on there security. William was very helpful in finding the perfect size for my mom's things. He also gets a high five for his sense of humor. Definitely will recommend family and friends ?

They have great team work . I called and Jasmine was able to help and when I got to the storage office on paramount William Malahay was so nice and professional. Also they had another Team member at the office that also made my 3 kids comfortable.. great attitude and exelent people and place . Thank you !
