If you like being ignored and treated with the worst customer service, this is the place for you. I Came on April 1st, and had a very negative experience. I first wanted something from the jeweler cabinet, it took the associate 7 minutes to come and after she helped us she told the other cashier "stop calling me". The same associate helped to ring me up, she didn't say hi and in the end she began talking to her friend and said "the receipt is there" and pointed. She didn't even hand me the receipt. Overall it felt like we where a bother to her and we won't come here again

I visited the store today 01/16/24 and the manager charged us, it was TERRIBLE AND RACIST, he threw our clothes in our bags, it's a shame that people like that work in customer service, I hope they take action against that man.

They have late hours and are able to serve the section of society that works at night all night. I commend Ross for this convenience and those others that try too. I'm a first responder night shift. I'm out for now till next time.

This is a Great store to find a huge variety of things v. it's totally worth the checkout line wait . I find awesome prices all the time. The customer service is great, some of the workers habla español
