The worst service EVER!!! Went to get a xmas tree this evening and spent 40 min searching for the perfect tree. NO ONE WAS even THERE CUSTOMERS OR EMPLOYEES. waited for someone to help so I can pay, finally found two guys probably smoking weed. They gave me the ticket and asked for name then we went inside to pay. Went back to claim the tree and they "Lost" it. I was pist.. the lot was empty.. how can they lose the tree???? They were saying it was our fault and cussing at us.. WTF? Really HD?? U let ur POS employees talk to customers like that. All the manager did was return my $.. What about the time and frustration??? I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!!!!

Violates CA law. Has items priced lower than what they actually charge. Blames corporate that they cannot fix their mistake to honor price.

Purchased a Husky rolling tool cabinet today. These are hard to find right now as the Christmas trees and decorations are taking up their usual space in store. I located the cabinet in Paramount, drove over and talked to Cecilia in Customer Service. She promptly found the cabinet in the garden area and got a driver to get it off the rack. I thought this whole process would take several hours. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. CECILIA is AMAZING....Thank you sooooo much!!

Today I visit the home depot to buy new work gloves. The customer service was horrible. They miss price the gloves on their stands. When I ask for price check the self check out person made me walk back to get the price with a pic. Agyer I walked back and forth she stated the price was wrong ( which was their mistake) she did not match the price and after she ask ME to go back and get the price. Horrible customer service.

I'm not sure what's going on but i could not find a shopping cart, no carts in the cart slots in front of the store so walk in hoping to find a cart but no luck so I exited the store and almost walked the whole entire parking lot until I found one 9:45am 10/17/23

Went in today to grab some mesh wire, I found LALO in the lumber department and I asked him for help he came over and took the time to look for the item I needed but didn't have the length I needed so he got 2 rolls to combine the length I needed and price matched it for me. Went above and beyond and answered all my questions about the project I wanted to do. Thank you LALO. Best customer service ever!!!

Curbside pickup here is the worse!!!!. Won't be placing curbside here ever again. We waiting for 10 minutes . decided to call after waiting 10 minutes. Bill said they'd will be coming soon with our order . But they never came out. I'm very disappointed. Waited another 10 minutes outside. And no order.

I actually read the reviews to this Home Depot location because the prior one I went to were clearly full of people that didn't know their areas. The reviews weren't great but I didn't really want to drive more than 15mins so I gave this Paramount location a shot.Even if this location was terrible, I wasn't gonna write a review cause it's already sitting at 2 stars as it is lol. However, to my surprise this location was actually good. It was clean, not packed and every single employee (at least 4-5 people) were extremely helpful and made sure I got what I needed. Maybe they cleaned house, but this location has my vote.

After going to a few Home Depot's they sent me to Paramount location they had the artificial turf I needed. I came in at 5:15 pm they had turf I needed, however, it was all the way on top and I needed assistance. After asking some employees wandering around and 20 minutes later no one showed up. I decided to go to the cashier to see if I can pay for them and see if someone can retrieve the items for me. They told me I needed the actual item for them to scan. I told her no one was at the flooring department and I had requested for assistance and no one went to help it's 30 minutes in by this point. She called someone I'm assuming a manager and after waiting in addition 20 minutes still no one showed. So I couldn't wait any longer By this point it's 6:12pm. It was very disappointing after going to a few other stores and you finally find it and no one there to help. Are you guys hiring I'd like a job where I do nothing and get paid.

The customer service here sucks!!! Two people answered me with a nasty attitude and specifically a girl who said she couldn't help or knew who could. As if she couldn't call anyone else. It wasn't until Oscar who was the only one with respect came over to help.

Worst store ever customer service is horrible and the management is even worst dont know what happened to this store i was a customer who always shopped here but no more. Home Depot need to get the customer service straight no one has any idea what there doing and this store. If u ask a question everyone says in new here or this is not my department or im busy ill get someone to help you but they never do. If you talk to management they treat you like your bugging them or like only your money is worth here not you. They just lost a loyal customer. LOWES HERE I COME

I would like to give this Home Depot a no star because of its bad service but yelp only let's you put a one star as the lowest. I went today to home depot and ask for assistance on some rain gutter in the color white and I was told only way I can get it in white was ordering it online. I ask second person and behold they had it in stock. Moral of the story don't believe the 1st person when they say don't have it in stock or only way you can get it is by ordering it online, always ask a 2nd and 3rd person because some emloyees are lazy in doing their job.
