“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

I recently brought my Prius to Browning for body damage repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the customer service and transparency were far beyond any expectations I had.
Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance.
As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers.

“I am so impressed with the service I received! I’ll try to keep it short but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe and not damaged! Short story: I was shipping my car to Hawaii. When the car arrived at Matson for shipping, the car was rejected because they said it was too low and only 3 inches off the ground. What’s crazy about it is that Matson shipped the car to the mainland so I was confused as to why they approved the outbound leg but not the return. My EXPENSIVE car was stuck in Long Beach and about to be left on the side of the road by the transport company who transported it all the way from Florida. It was a terrifying situation for me not knowing what to do immediately. Nobody wants their expensive car randomly sitting on the street in a strange place and you are all the way in another state. It was a horrible situation that I will NEVER forget! All American Towing came to the rescue and accepted and stored the car for 2 days until I could figure out next steps. All American Towing stored my car, properly measured the car which was 4 inches not the claimed 3 inches by Matson, and made sure my car was safe and secure and off the streets. Ended up shipping the car with PASHA Hawaii and had no issues with them accepting the car after MATSON screwed me over leaving my car stranded in California with no where to go. When it was time for the car to leave temporary storage from her lot, Jill took pictures and sent them to me to ease my mind and to show there was no damage to my car while in her possession. That made me feel so relieved! She even called me When the other company came to pick up the car to ensure it was the right company before releasing my car to them. The pick up company had sent a different driver than they said they would and Jill was not having it, thought it was suspicious and immediately called me directly to confirm before releasing my car to them. That made me feel so good to know that she was vigilant and wasn’t going to just allow anybody to take my car from her. So cool! She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, treated me with respect and had great storage prices! Overall, the staff at All American Towing are my type of folks! They provide service beyond what I expected and took care of my car from the start. When you find good people in business today hold on to them because there are a lot of business owners that just don’t care about your property and only want your money. The pride in service is just not there anymore for most businesses today. All American Towing is that business who cares and takes pride in what they do! I’m a car guy and if you are too…don’t worry your car will be safe, secured and a watchful eye will ensure your car is ok while in their custody. Jill had my back and I am grateful for her and her team during a very stressful and unexpected situation for me. Thanks again All American Towing!”

Onsite towing & recovery came out to a accident my wife had were her car was 150’ off the street off a cliff and they came out and absolutely killed it they were so professional, personable, and kind so worried about how my wife was doing and making us feel like family! “I got a flat tire on my way to work and needed a towing truck and they were send to me by someone else but they came within 15min. I met Hugo who helped me tow my car to a tire shop not only did he do that but also towed me to different tire when we found out they had moved. He also was very kind to help me push my fender out when it was pushed in by my tire and even wiped off the tire mark. Very honest man and very kind, will recommend him to all friends and family that may need a tow truck in the sure 10/10 service for sure!!”
“I brought my car there for checking the brakes and rotors! I have been recommender to change both brake pads and rotors for both rear and front. The brake and rotor check costs around 35 bucks which gets waived if you have it replaced there! The rotors and pad parts costed me 500 bucks and the labor costed 360 bucks. The staff were friendly and they did a good job and told me to bring the car back if there was any issue. My only concern was the labor and part costs which seemed a little bit higher than I expected! You can check if it worth it or not!”

“I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jose of Tony's Towing, who went above and beyond to help me last week after my car broke down in LA. I'm so impressed with his professionalism kindness and courtesy. I had been so frustrated as I called AAA asking for service which was dispatched to a different local LA tow company where I was stuck (I won't name here) and they didn't take my service call twice as it was too far. After it being too late to get to my shop in time, getting the run-around and hours trying to get in touch with AAA to see where their driver was, I had to end up staying overnight at a friends.Then - that company ended up calling Tony's towing that next morning to reroute it to them and they accepted my service call, even though it was not in there area. Jose came in on a day he wasn't driving the truck to pick me up all the way in LA (melrose area) from Paramount, and then got me and my car safely back to Orange County. I was thankful to have such an hard working, honest, kind person to ride back with as I was so frustrated after everything I went through. He helped me understand the business, explained how the calls work with AAA , as he has been in it for over 30 years. He is willing to take calls that other tow truck companies don't want, or are inconvenient.
