Update: The post office called me regarding the missing package, that was 6 days ago. She said she would follow up but hasn't so far. The package is still in limbo.
Returned a package back to a seller in the Paramount area. Seller provided the return label with tracking number. Package has been sitting in the Paramount area for 10-days. I filed a claim with USPS and they can not tell me where the package is. Thankfully the seller was kind enough to provide the $1,200 refund without having the package. Hopefully the seller will get the package or a refund from USPS.

DON'T COME HERE and or Boycott the U.S. Postal Service. This United States Postal Service in Paramount, CA is stealing packages. Yesterday June 11th 2024 my package never was received but the mailman said he delivered it. He only handled me mail in my hand. Then I received a notification that my package was delivered. How is that possible since I was waiting for the mailman at my home's mailbox even before he got there? I was tracking my package which is a collectible card. I just found out today this location has my youngest brother's packages since June 8th 2024 but hasn't delivered them. For theft this location gets Zero stars.

Not going to lie, I was scared to walk in because of the reviews but the woman who attended me at the passport office was AMAZING! She was informative polite and got things done quick. She was very helpful to other people outside as well. 10/10 recommend

I come here to return a package the lady was very rude when I came in with the box unsealed. She told me she can’t take it so I told them can’t they just tape it she said no with a tape right next to her. She said she would charge me 4.99 for taping it which is insane.

The worst place you could ever do your passports, they are so called from the government your not doing your service to your people especially to your fellow soldier. I am suppose to get the help I am a soldier! Not even worth waisting my time here especially with a old lady straight out of Mexico thinking she American straight NOPAL in her forehead hope she goes far in life. If I really had toooo 0 STARS YOU NEED TO GET RID OF HER honestly should of came with my uniform maybe she would of ran away la migra la migra !!!!

I'm going to leave packages every day, and I ring the bell, which takes time to come out or definitely doesn't come out, I ring again and nothing!I have to go to the office in front to leave them at the kiosk, I have lost several packages that I sent and I never get them back, I just have to return the money to the clients and I am the one who loses, that's why I leave a negative comment, because they do not help the community.
