I used to work at a bank as a teller and can tell you for certain that these tellers are very slow and too chatty with customers, making the lines move even SLOWER. Have your debit card and unexpired ID on hand if you want to withdraw money. The ATMS are much more efficient!

There is too many people inside and the workers don't Care like is nothing is happening and the only 2 tellers attending are confused this is suck

Only good thing is when they are open to get money or deposit money but at all other times when you want to use their atm's you get nothing but error messages, when they fix their atm's I will change my rating

Jesse Maldonado went above beyond to assist me with handling of my mom's account after her passing. I had made an appointment and he called me the day before to make sure I had what needed. It took about a week for the paperwork to be processed after he submitted it to the department that does the final review. He followed up almost daily until everything was complete. This is a difficult time for me and I'm very appreciative of everything he did to make it go as smooth as possible. Very professional excellent service. Thanks Jesse!

On todays visit A representative named Gyssel R. Assisted me. I had an issue with my check not being verified by my employer. I currently do not Bank with Wells Fargo but she got her Supervisor Kevin C. involved and went the extra mile to verify my check. I will note It was really busy and handled well under pressure. I Really appreciated their Top Tier Customer service and Professionalism while resolving my issue. I Looking forward to banking with them soon.

Theres card skimmers on there atms and scammers are going in and out the babk taking peoples money with blank cards aka cloned cards and they say they rake no responsibility for stolen money they simply dont care about us beware of card skimmers as the people who work there also scam and sell your info

I withdrawal from a non-wells Fargo ATM machine and was charge for service. Here is wells Fargo adding their own fee after I was charged for the withdrawal Unbelievable! Talk with customer service he explained that their fee paid the ATM service and I explain that I was charged for their service already when I withdrawal out of the ATM machine. Who's running this bank!? What scam are they using on their own customers! Beware of when using a non-wells Fargo ATM Double charge you for service.

Nice bank but literally THE SLOWEST WELLS FARGO IN THIS ENTIRE AREA!!! If you need to see a teller, be prepared to wait minimum 1 hour most days for something simple. The people are pretty nice but aside from the abundance of elderly people and people making really high deposits, you can NEVER just get in and out! Again, if you are seeing the teller, be prepared to wait! :/
