Never in my years of going to a WSS was I asked to show proof of I.D to use MY points. Why offer to use my points then tell me I need to show proof of I.d. Service from Anna (23227) as shown on receipt , was an unpleasant misfortune. How can I not use my points but still my membership is shown on my receipt . So I earned more points for this purchase but could not use my points. Make it make sense Anna. Use your brain. Will not be returning to that location. She’s lucky I did not make her job hard and embarrass her. She needs to sit down with her boss and go over her job description and the terms and policy.

I had the worst customer service by the supervisor from the store, 100… he was racist and he was talking to me with a bad attitude my autism son, it was about to crying when he see me arguing with this bad supervisor I was so mad when he told me that I can not exchange my shoes because supposedly i was the one acting with the bad attitude but that was not true.I came in to the store really nice asking for my exchange.but he was at ready looking at me in a bad way.they shouldn’t have supervisor’s like that.. customers are priority..and I never going back to buy shoes in the store the store is located in Paramount that’s really sad hopefully they do something a bout it

Terrible customer service, I don't encourage them to buy from that store as it is possible that you cannot change a product that is defective when their policy says that you have 3 months for the store to respond to you and after the 3 months you have to do it directly with the tester but the store does not want to take responsibility because the product is already used there is no logic for you to know if the product is defective you have to use it first and sometimes they gave me a pair of one number and the other of another number and now they come out They can't help you if the product I bought from them didn't cost me 20 or 30 dollars, I paid more than 100 for some Jordans and for them to come out with that, they lost a client ??

My nephew scoured the star for the Nikes that he wanted while I sat and waited. They greeted all customers as they walked in. The store was nest and clean.

Of all the WWS, this is the worst as it is possible that they have bathrooms and they do not have them available to clients, one as an adult can handle it but look at the children and they come out that they are not available to the public and they have 2 bathrooms, the one for women And for men, that's called terrible public service.
