It takes a while for them to answer even though they are just standing around talking to each other, they give me incorrect parts that make me waste more time, it's a good place but that's my experience

Went there to get my car key battery replaced. The employees there wanted me to open up my own key fob which is ridiculous. Every other place I’ve been to opens it up and replaces it for me. Employees were also talking to each other about being hung over. Very unprofessional.

I parked in their lot to go to a nearby sandwich place and my car battery died while i was there, i went inside to ask for a jump and the employee Arturo was incredibly helpful and helped me get my car jumped even though there were a few issues with the car. Really nice employee and I'm glad that when my car died i was next to this auto zone

I went in today for a price match for some oil I had purchased earlier in the day, the PSM that helped me was able to get me an even better deal than the competitors (O’Reilly).They didn’t need to price match the oil because there was a sale on Mobil 1 with a K&N oil filter!! ?I was so pleased with my experience at this AutoZone, everyone remained so professional.

When they had initially installed the new battery they had cracked it( w/o my knowledge) causing my car to shut off on the freeway. I never received a receipt in person or through an email. I've gone to mechanics and they've all said everything was fine, cut to today August 27th the battery is completely inoperable land the crack was noticed by an employee at a different Autozone in Santa Ana. When I called the original store they said they couldn't do anything to help and I was pretty much SOL. I've been told a receipt can be tracked as by other employees but when I mentioned it to the female I was speaking with she simply hung up the call. Not the best experience and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, switch your own batteries even if you need to watch tutorials on how to do so.

Had to come to this second location since the first one didn’t have the battery for my vehicle. Friendly and efficient, glad I was able to outside of my work hours otherwise I wouldn’t have made it.

Walked in with my wife and kid the other day and the kid on the counter was more worried about what was on his phone than the customers that needed help. Horrible service. Will not be returning here again.

I know things get delayed but just wasted a trip time n gas. I ordered something they didnt have in stock 3 days ago and they said we'll have it next day so I let 3 days pass just incase. I go 2day and they dont have it they said either it wasnt ordered or it was misplaced and still asked was it paid for gave him my receipt #. They said we'll order it again come tomorrow told them I'll be there in a couple of days. The other thing I'm disabled and when I got there I asked for curbside pickup and was told they dont do that I would have to go inside while it states that they do. I'm not upset just an inconvenience since I borrowed a car and am disabled and its hard to get around. They should update that they dont do curbside anymore.
