Let's get one thing abundantly clear, I understand post pandemic BUDGET CUTS. However, customer service is getting THIS pathetic. My card was locked for security purposes, the young man ringing me up needed assistances. From what looked like WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A "manager". Instead that manager was immensely rude to him and to us for doing so in front of us. She completely intimated that young man, instead of using the moment as a TEACHING MOMENT & just TO save face for the sake of her job. I didn't get to apologize to that young man-AND I AM SO SORRY. Who also needs more patience from his own coworkers. And since accountability isn't in your training manuals anymore this is your accountability. Everyone take notice after the pandemic. These are your sons and daughters, literally getting bullied at WORK. The humiliation and demoralizing of any coworker in the public eye is an absolute NO. There aren't enough corporate liabilities to spare you from that behavior either-"management". Next time your son or daughter gets home with a crumb attitude after work-DONT BE THAT QUICK TO JUDGE THEM. They're going through hell just to make ends meat.

My mom when there at around 10 am to shop and the worker there followed her around the entire store. While my mom was shopping she found a big trash can and started to put items in the can so she didn't have to get the cart. That when employee named Jessica confronted her and accused her of stealing and Making a mess (the store is usually a mess) she also began cussing at her. When my mother asked for the manager she came out and said that she didn't hear anything as well as refused to give her the district managers number. I'm going to return the stuff later and ask for the district managers number

This store is always super clean, very friendly staff, and speedy at checkout. I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees. All the times I go in Mercedes is always in an area of the store cleaning which in my opinion is a star employee. The cashiers are quick with the checkout and never hesitate to greet me when I walk in and wish me a nice day.

The workers here are always helpful. Glad to have a local place to stop and grab the last minute thangs I forget.

This place is so messy it’s hard to look for items. This place got some horrible customer service. They treat you with no respect. The workers there, especially the female works refuse to help you look for items. these workers are so rude that once customers leave they talk bad about them. I don’t recommend working here or going to this place.

The staff at this dollar general are so nice and the manager always helps the people find what the are looking for. This dollar general is one of the best ones i have been to.

If I could put NO STARS I would.Kelly did not allow driver to unload and lied to other store in Fowler, ca stating driver was late when driver arrived at 5 pm which delayed driver and had to wait there for 15 hours before she allowed him to unload. Kelly stated she would be there at 7 am to unload but did not arrive til 8 am. Manager at Fowler, ca stated this is a reoccurring issue with Kelly.Because of this, the driver was now later to his other deliveries as well as his home time. That is 15 hours taken from his own family.Be better Kelly, be considerate.
