  My family and we're on vacation and on the way home our car overheated and while every auto repair shop was to busy to service our car Hugo not only made time for but got us back on the road a couple hours later. They were very knowledgeable and have great service.

  My car was overheating on my way from Reedley to Parlier today and I pulled over immediately. Called Downtown Auto Services after a quick google search of local mechanics and they offered their best advice and assistance to help my situation. I was able to make it to them and was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They got the radiator situated faster than I could eat a sandwich and didn't charge me a dime. The level of courtesy for honest and humble work is the definition of servitude! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment and know if you ever needed help with any automotive care they would deliver and the price would be worth their time and effort, thank you very much! ???
