the female mail carrier is a horrible mail person, she drops and leaves mail on the street, she’s rude to homeowners and takes her time sitting in her vehicle and talking instead of doing her job , and at times doesn’t even pick up the mail, when confronted about dropping mail in the street , she makes obscene gestures or ignores you. down the street I seen multiple neighbors mail all over the street. She’s needs to be let go. People of parlier deserve respect and better than ill mannered mail carriers. The other reviews are all proof she is the one causing all this headache.

I have informed delivery for all my mail since my mail started to disappear here in Parlier. I can see it’s being scanned but then once I go to mail box to pick up some mail is missing. This is ridiculous! I can’t even trust that this USPS won’t steal your mail or misplace it in others mailboxes. Someone needs to take accountability Parlier USPS. Someone working at the post office shouldn’t be working there if this keeps happening.

The delivery just keeps getting worse I keep getting other peoples mail and other peoples packages instead of my own. Today my package status said it was delivered to a locker I get my mail find the locker key open the locker and someone else’s packages were in there i had to go look for the rightful owners to finish the mailman’s job and properly deliver the packages to the correct address however I still have no clue where my package is at. It’s just frustrating.

Jessica is so rude. She was helping out my cousin and left her in emotional distress, she left that place crying. Customer service is horrible, no type of patience. Super unprofessional.

When I go to the post office it's usually a good experience but the mailman I dont know I ordered something and tracking shows delivered but no package at my door. How can I know if he really delivered it?? Its said delivered at 852am and I got back from the supermarket at 905am
