The delivery just keeps getting worse I keep getting other peoples mail and other peoples packages instead of my own. Today my package status said it was delivered to a locker I get my mail find the locker key open the locker and someone else’s packages were in there i had to go look for the rightful owners to finish the mailman’s job and properly deliver the packages to the correct address however I still have no clue where my package is at. It’s just frustrating.

Jessica is so rude. She was helping out my cousin and left her in emotional distress, she left that place crying. Customer service is horrible, no type of patience. Super unprofessional.

When I go to the post office it's usually a good experience but the mailman I dont know I ordered something and tracking shows delivered but no package at my door. How can I know if he really delivered it?? Its said delivered at 852am and I got back from the supermarket at 905am

In recent years our mail service has gotten worse. My mail and packages either get delivered to the wrong address or disappear. Our mailman looks like a bum. He doesn't even wear a uniform and is very rude when I've asked him about my mail. My grandma looks forward to getting the sales ads and since he has been our mailman we don't get them anymore. I have tried talking to the person in charge and the girl always tells me she's not available. What a joke

Worst ever! Each time i come here. Its always bad. Theyre soooo slow!!!! Nobody is ever attending the front counter. And they have a bell for service which i rang and nobody still came out! But there was a guy vacuuming behind the counter. No acknowledgement. He could've said someone will be with you. Or he could've called the people from the back (which i heard talking). Nope. He just kept vacuuming acting like there was nobody there. Im unsure of his job but come on man!!!!

Horrible, I've asked time and time again for them to close my mail box after deliveries but they refuse to. It's not difficult at all yet they choose to leave my mail vulnerable to all the tweakers that walk by

@ Rolando and E Calderon, as a postal employee myself, you're probably speaking about Rural Carriers who don't wear uniforms. We are not required to wear them; only city carriers have to wear uniforms.
