Leaky roof damage tens of thousand dollars worth of my belongings and they still didn’t fix it or offer to pay for anything the staff is extremely helpful and very nice. The owners are very greedy even though they have the best prices in town comes at a price

I started using space banks services in 2015 when my dad passed on and I had excess stuff i could not fit in my own storage. The storage areas are clean and are monitored for security purposes, paying your bill is as easy as giving them a call with your info and they email you a invoice of your payment. The office is clean and they ask that you wear a mask as a courtesy and the register area is shielded. I've not had any billing issues since they send bills via email mail and you can call to get any updates on your account.

Very good place if you not picky about where you leave your stuff. I work for moving companies. The atmosphere is countrywide. LOL The storage "industry" in quotation marks ?is extremely competitive. The front at the desk he is very competitive. The service here that they give is excellent. I move for companies in Los Angeles CA ???

So on Aug 11, 2021 a friend of mine have me with my bike a ride to my storage. So as I'm walking n into my unit. My friend says he took my bike out of his car and put it against the wall.I call the next day. I asked if they could review the footage for me. The guy says sure. Call back in 20 mins. I do. And he precedes to inform need that he's DID NOT take a bike out of his car. I say thank you and hang up.I went back to talk to them myself onThur Aug 12 and asked if I could see the tape. And the guy says to me, "um the video is too small. You can't really see anything. It's not very good quality video. ?So this is what tells me that THEY THEM SELVES TOOK MY BIKE.So when my unit good broken into. They were willing to show me the footage of that day.So why not show me the footage for the day my friend says he left my bike there against the wall? Um... The ONLY THING I can think of is that THEY took it.

I walked in to rent a unit. And the lady there said I needed to have a"major" bill. Since the beginning of time from what I seen with my mom. All she needed was a CA ID.BECAUSE she said that I have it a point to go get a ? just to show her that I can do just that. Have a credit card bill. That I'm not what she thinks of me
