I was referred to AJCCTECH by a friend who had used them for data recovery when their Tablet malfunctioned. When my computer failed to start I consulted with Dustin and was very impressed with the speed with which he diagnosed the problem, explained my options and then implemented the solution. All of this was achieved without resorting to technical jargon and I can recommend AJCCTech if you have a malfunctioning computer and want your data recovered with a friendly and personable manner.

I was very fortunate to work with the owner of AJCCTECH Dustin recently; and I quickly realized he possessed exceptional technical and customer service skills. Dustin provided me remote assistance to quickly diagnose and resolve the very annoying problem of my new PC which was losing internet connection frequently, specially after sleep mode. I am so impressed with the prompt and expert assistance Dustin provided me, I have decided to go to AJCCTECH for any computer issues I encounter in the future.

Call their office first so that you can schedule an in person appointment. Dustin was very professional and helpful. He was able to give advice and suggestions in case I ever had future issues with a gaming laptop. I would highly refer this business to anyone who may need help prior to reaching out to the manufacturer.

I have taken two different pc builds here and both times they were very helpful. Helped me diagnose and fix the problems. I will definitely go back to them as needed and highly recommend using them if you are having any problems with your computer either hardware or software they have you covered.

We hit some glitches trying to migrate to a new system but Dustin handled it all in stride and with ease. He is extremely knowledgeable. He listens and solves the problem. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Dustin at AJCCTECH is a remarkable computer technician. When he doesn't know something (which is highly unusual) he manages to find an answer and "reinvent the wheel". So pleasant to work with, so timely with his work schedule, whether an in-office work order or an at-residence service. Costs for service reasonable, and follow-up with work accomplished is greatly appreciated, making for an all around comfortable service experience. Very highly recommended for sure!

I’ve used AJCC tech for over ten years probably closer to twenty. Adam and the technicians who work for him diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. After you accept the estimate they go about repairing what needs to be done be it hardware or software. They’ve kept me informed when a problem became more complex. The net result is that I know how much I’m spending and what I can expect. They’ve done a good, competent job and that’s why I’ve continued to use them.
