6:42pm 4/1/24 I was in line inside the gas station and a black woman in her late 40's came in and asked for tobacco products (something about a black and mild). Cashier (who is Latino) asked her for ID. She said she didn't have any and told her sorry I can't help you. Right after two Latino men around the same age late 40's came in and put beer on the counter. The same cashier asked for ID, the two men said they don't have any ID. The cashier scanned the beer and took the money. I'm not saying the cashier was racist but it looked a little "racey". You have to be consistent with the ID check. You can't just let it slide sometimes

Great customer service at this location. Value is good, too. It wasn't too busy so I got to pump right away.

I literally do not understand why a gas station of this size and with this type of store inside does not have a restroom for the customers. I literally stopped filling up my gas tank and walked out. So I spent 30 or $40 on gas today instead of the 80 I planned to spend and I probably will never go back to that gas station.literally why can’t I use the restroom?

I just needed air and they wouldn't let me have some until I paid for gas! Unreal!!! Don't use them!Go to the 76 across the street. Way nicer

I received a gift offer from the Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company. My name is listed on the certificate offer, there are instructions from company for the retailer, and the retailer will be reimbursed. The store clerk refused to accept it, even though he could have and the store would have been reimbursed. I don't appreciate being denied service or offers because your employees are too lazy to take a moment to figure out how something works or call a supervisor.

Gas is six dollars plus a gallon and they turn the pump off at 100 but charge you to use your debit card so in order to fill up you'd have to use it twice. Get with the program guys. Not ever going back to you until you fix that problem and when I asked them about it they were jerks.

I'm not really sure why this place has such a low rating. I've never had an issue coming here to pump for fuel. Arco are usually the cheapest Top Tier gas stations in the area and this particular location always comes in clutch when I need to pump close to the 210. There are 9 pumps which is always a plus, when you're in a time crunch and the attendants never gave me any problems whenever I'd pay in cash. I actually just filled up right now and I was in an out in just a few minutes.

Horrible experience! Filled a large cup.with ice and added a few flavors from the available choices to create my custom drink. Leaned into the cup to take a sip and confirm my flavor mix. Tasted Ok. Then UGGGH!!!!! I noticed a few black specks floating in the cup, that quickly became a sea of black specks....MY DRINK WAS FULL OF ANTS!

This is the worst gas station in history. The counter has no idea how yo run the pumps and I've been cheated on the amount pumped the last 2 times I came here. I will pay 49 extra cents across the street at 76 next time. I'll pay more, but at least they know how to operate their register.

I paid for my gas $20. And I didn't get it. Very rude store personnel. Didn't give me the number for the manager. I wanted to talk to the manager. They won't let me. Awful awful awful. Never going back
