Cant check in early only 10 min before the appointment. But if you do walk in would be 20 min wait! Make no sense. Apple Cs got worst

I was assisted by a fantastic lad upon entering the store. I explained my situation and he literally gave me a breakdown of all of my MacBook options along with his suggestions and the reasons why he felt they would be a good fit for my needs. This experience was a HUGE level up from my experience at the Grove. I know Eddie doesn’t get commission for selling me the MacBook I decided to purchase but seriously, if you’re not a techy like me and need help in choosing the best Apple product for you, request Eddie. He has a beautiful vibe and is über knowledgeable about the products and the best way to make your purchase go a long way. Kudos to you brother!

Do not come to this store if you need to fix your iPhone. I had an appointment booked and the staff told me they have no capacity to fix it at the moment. They told me to come back the next day and guaranteed I can skip directly to the first in line if I come in the next day. I came in the next day, and they told me the same thing again, that they have no capacity. The customer service at this store is a joke. Will not be coming back to this store again.

We came in to pick up a phone we bought online today, and accidentally thought it was today. We walked in and asked if we could pick it up today, and the guy wanted us to cancel our order and place an order with him. I find it unacceptable that his commission took precedence over service.

I don't know why, no one paid attention to the machine. Obviously, a group of clerks gathered together to chat. Even if you find them and make it clear that you want to pay for the purchase, no one will pay attention to you.

One of the best Apple stores.
Employees, here are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to buy a phone, iPad or computer as well as any Apple product.
They even offer classes on their products throughout the day, every day.

The honest truth the rep that help me was just looking for excuses to not fix my phone ! I drove to Victoria Gardens Apple Store and in less than an hour got my phone fix with zero excuses. Your pasadena store did not impress me with the poor service I received at the end .
