I went in for a maintenance check, and while the price was reasonable, the professionalism was the worst I’ve ever encountered at any mechanic shop. I did not receive a detailed receipt of the services performed on my car, which I needed to justify the expenses for my work. When I explicitly asked for this, the person in charge made the excuse that they didn’t have a computer and flat-out refused to even write the list by hand on a piece of paper.

I had an issue with my car's suspension, and I was referred to this auto repair shop by a friend. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The quality of their suspension repair work was outstanding. My car now feels like it's gliding on air. When it comes to value, they exceeded my expectations. The pricing was reasonable, and they even went the extra mile by inspecting other components for no additional cost. This shop delivers quality and value in abundance!

Jim was the best!!! Had my car up and running within 24hrs after needing lots of work done to it. He was friendly and communicative and made me feel like I was in good hands. Will definitely be back for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I came in for a tire patch and Jim took an immediate care of me. He was very quick and thorough and checked all of my tires. So glad to have found an auto shop that cares about their customers! I will be coming back here for all car needs.

He told me I had 10% of my breaks left and my situation was dire. Found this hard to believe, since my breaks felt fine and did not squeak. Took my car to Hrant’s instead, and they said I have 35% left. I never know if I get lied to by mechanics, because they assume I don’t know anything about cars. I don’t. But, I am a smart shopper and I always get a second opinion. If you take your car here, I suggest you get a second opinion too!

Ive been coming to Jim and Mike for a few years now since I first moved to LA! I came with some recurrent coolant issues, and they were transparent about the costs and the process. I’ve looked for second opinions too and ultimately settled with this shop. I value their honesty and commitment to helping their customers.
Up to today, I’ve had my brakes changed here, my suspension, and I always get my oil changed here now. If I need my tire plugged or fixed, they always help with that as well. I’m really happy with their services. I’ll always keep returning!

Big Jim is a very fair and honest mechanic. He fixed the issue with my car in no time, answering all of my questions along the way. On top of that, he's a nice guy! I've been to many mechanics over the years but I will definitely be a returning customer here.

I've become a regular at this car wash. I love the fact that you can get gas on your way in. It really is hopping on Friday afternoon, everybody wants a clean car for the weekend! The waiting area inside is air-conditioned, but definitely needs a refresh. I don't feel like other car washes spend as much time getting the details right at the end so although it can feel a little bit slow, you end up with a car that just sparkles. Totally worth it.

Jim is awesome! I pushed off getting an oil change until my oil life wast at 0%. I called Arroyo Auto Center and was able to get an appointment the same day. This was awesome because it fit into my busy schedule. Jim changed my oil in less than an hour and had an amazing attitude. Highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back!!

Support this local business!!! I have to add my voice to the chorus of 5 stars for Jim and Crew. He services my personal and work car. While there, I've seen brand new Audis, old Cadillacs, and everything in between roll in. He knows them all. I LUV my personal truck! It's 12 years old and has 69,000 miles on it. For its 11th birthday, it got all new tires and a "spa day" with Jim. A complete exam & all new everything-needed. Off the top of my head....battery, belts, brakes, & a few other things. Not only fantastic service, but tooootally fair price as well. I sent a couple of "challenging" fleet cars over to Jim, and they are a challenge no more. Family man. Small, local business. Quality work at a fair price. Oh, and he accepts Zelle. I always encourage folks to pay in cash or other similar methods at small businesses to save them from the credit card processing cut & fees. Check him out!
