Their air pumps just let air OUT of the tires. My husband even asked them if the pumps worked before he put money in.

I just left a comedy club and when using thing She'll and filling up the tank goober inside tells me I can't use the bathroom-WTF! Want me to piss on the side of your establishment or what? I swear-Everyone that is in need but gets no access to their F----n bathroom just because they don't want to clean it again or to many homeless messed it up- that's not Our fault. Let us use the BR and stop acting stupid.

Before heading to Pasadena yesterday, my car gas gauge was at 2 bars. I said I'll just get gas after my workout. Sure enough... my gas gauge was blinking upon leaving my workout location LOL. I had to quickly find a gas station. Well, the nearest gas station was at least 5 minutes from where I was at. It was between Chevron or Shell. Guess who won? You got it... Shell!Funny, as I was driving to Shell, I saw Chevron, but it was on the other side of the street that I was driving on so I said I'll just stick with Shell. Great corner location on Del Mar Blvd and Arroyo Parkway. Clean exterior. Prices were several cents cheaper than Chevron... yay! They also have a food mart, but I didn't go in. I prefer to pay at the pump unless I really need to go inside. If they run out of paper, I just make myself a note on gas cost and be on my way and not bother going inside to get receipt. Anyway, thanks Shell for being present when I needed you most!

Yes, I am writing a review for a gas station, but the selection of craft beer here is unrivaled in Los Angeles. I'm a big fan of "smoothie sours" and they always have incredible options in stock from places like RAR Brewing, 450 North, and Spanish Marie. Also, the owner flies in brewers from around the country to help create his own "Replicant" beers; the two that I've tried were tremendous. The staff here is also very friendly/helpful. Five stars... for this gas station.

Great craft beer selection. I recommend coming here if you want to grab some bottle logic or local brewery choices.

We don’t usually get gas here but the beer selection is great. Had a sour that was brewed by the owner that was phenomenal! Guys that work there are always exceptionally nice too.

Wow, what a gift. I've been coming here for the first time within the past 6 months and I didn't even expect Shell to have some of the best beer and ice cream I've ever had. The craft hazy ipas are so good and the 626 pumpkin biscoff ice cream pint is next level. Shell is my favorite spot for reals.

Of course I stopped by after reading about them in the news! Lots of fun perusing their craft beer selection. Packs and single cans are available in the refrigerated sections. If you shop at Ralphs for groceries you can use your phone number that's tied to your account to use fuel rewards at Shell when fueling up too.

Been coming here for years, and these new young punks are so rude. Their gas is too expensive. They do have a good beer selection, but you can get a better deal for the same beers at total wine, right down the street, for cheaper, I might add. Think I am checking shell off my daily list until they change the workers.

Tell my wife i go here for "gas." In reality I get myself a few different beers from their wide and good selection.

Hidden gem in Pasadena! Great craft beer selection. Never too busy. Decent prices. Friendly service. I loved all of the items I selected. Will be back very soon for more.Glad to have an additional craft beer location to add to the rotation. Just wishing there wasn't an Instagram now so it stayed a secret.

The best craft beer place in LA. I'm sorry but no. Has the writer of the article in LA Mag never visited any craft beer place in LA? I highly doubt it. It's like 90% sours and a few coffee stouts in 2 fridges. Definitely not the level of Bottle Logic I was led to believe would be here. Not worth a trek. Whole Foods is comparable. Total Wine is significantly better. Blackbeard Crafts in West LA is exceptional. Don't bother with this for beer unless you're already close and looking for a sour, a coffee stout or yet another west coast IPA.

A very nice neighborhood corner store! I appreciate the thoughtful curation of craft beers and ice cream pints -- a definite step above most gas station convenience shops! The employees also deserve a shoutout for being friendly and keeping the gas station super clean! Also, I love the rose bush perimeter -- great job by the new management!
