Brenda is/was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and handled my situation with grace and understanding. Autozone is lucky to have such a professional experienced asset. I will return to this location just because she is there.

Long story short. Went in with a battery we wanted charged, told us 3 hours, came back and told us it was a bad battery. Why didn't they call to tell us rather than have us wait to come back for nothing. Then they told us a new battery is prefferable and the clerk kept trying to upsell us. My friend needed a battery desperately and the guy kept telling us to get the most expensive one. On a budget we said we wanted the cheaper option, and then he told us they didn't have it and it would take a while to get. He said he would call another autozone nearby to see if they had it. He told us they had the mid-priced one but that they too were out of the lowest priced option. We drove to the other one and the clerk said they had the cheaper option. Lying to a customer who is trying to fix their car to make an extra $50 is deplorable. Never coming back.

I didn’t buy anything here, and yet the staff here was super helpful and friendly. I’ll bore you with the details…I came here because I was having issues with my alarm. The mechanic suggested to change my battery. So I tried this AutoZone, but they didn’t have the one I needed in stock. However, the guy (I can’t remember his name, sorry) told me to try Walgreens next door. And to come back, and that he would gladly change my key battery for me. And that’s what I did. And I’m really thankful he helped me out because unless you have the tiniest screwdriver in the world lol, opening that key to change the battery, is impossible. So yes, their customer service is great. It looks like the staff here is ready to help you out. The store looks clean, and there’s a lot of parking space. And this is not my area of expertise hehe so I don’t know what else to say about this store. But if you appreciate excellent customer service, then you’re in the right place.

My experience at Autozone was incredible with Michael Baeza. I had a nail in my tire, and normally they do not assist with this; however, he went out of his way to help me with the tire plug. He came outside and did the tire plug for me, then advised me what to do afterwards for the most efficient results. Thank you so much Michael!

My friend and I had to visit this autozone because of car problems. Nate was super helpful when pointing out all the problems and giving recommendations on what he thought was best to do.

this happened to me a couple of days ago service with the horrible manager her name is brenda denied my return twice and said i would have to go to a different autozone store to get my refund why? when i literally just purchased them here 5mins ago with my card i was only returning some head light bulbs and tail light bulbs which was the wrong ones that she went and got for me and her attitude towards me was no call for smh i won't be returning to this location

I just left Autozone and have to shout out Danny! My car has been shaking and accelerating slow. Engine light on. I walked into Autozone for a diagnostic and right away Danny came out to get a reading on my car. He printed and emailed me the codes and also let me know exactly what each code meant. He mentioned it could be my spark plugs/ignition coils. After telling him it's been years since I had them changed I decided to purchase the 4 spark plugs and the tools (ratchet, socket etc) to do it myself. He offered to do it for me in the parking lot. Took less than 10 minutes! As soon as I started my car, the shaking had stopped! My acceleration was back to 100%. I'm so happy. Danny saved me the headache. After watching him do it, I now have the tools and knowledge to do it myself next time. Which saves me a $290 bill from the Kia dealership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Worst customer service on the planet! Worst everything! It's worth driving to another AutoZone an hour away then to go to this one. Believe me. You'll regret it.
