I would like to give these to gentlemen Varaz K and Edgar A 10 stars. Great customer service and both went above and beyond to help me to get a hold of the legal department. I really want to say that Varaz went way above and beyond to help me find out what is going to happen with the check that is going to be sent to the legal office so I can get my money back. He has a lot of patience and explained everything to me step by step. I would definitely recommend these 2 gentlemen if you go to this branch. Again thank you both for all the help.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. The tellers here are the absolute worst. I am not sure how they are still holding onto this staff. Rude to clients, handicaps, old. I was expecting more from a branch in Pasadena. I have heard bad things about Bank of America and this branch really gives them that nasty name.

Been here before and had a great experience but today I had an asshoe of a teller! Had I got his name I would state it. He lied and said i wasn't able to make a withdrawal from my EDD card saying I needed to have an account with BOA. The EDD card is through BOA so I'm confused! I replied oh do you guys not have the machine and he said some other bs so I left politely and go to another BOA way out of my way in Altadena. They are always so helpful with great customer service consistently. I ask the teller did I need to have a BOA acct and she said no so I proceed to tell her what this last teller did and her manager over hears and said that's not true next time ask for a manager. Exactly as I thought so I'm not sure why he gave me a hard time but that was so unprofessional and cold hearted.

The Drive Thru ATMs need to be redone. The lanes are not wide enough to accommodate trucks and vans. The whole area is in need of paint and fixes. My Honda van doesn't quite fit thru the lanes. Every place you go is short staffed. The employees have done a good job attending to client needs when I have visited. It's stressful work taking care of clients who have concerns during this day and age.

Every time I come to this bank it looks like this. Meanwhile two employees stand at a checkin queue station staring at the ceiling while the 10 people in front of me wait for service along with the 5 behind me.

I've never had a problem depositing a check into our business account at any Bank of America before this one. The teller already seemed frustrated and bothered before I was called up to be assisted by them, so I had a feeling this transaction wouldn't go smoothly. What a shame. I understand we're human and all have bad days but positive customer service in a financial facility is critical.

This bank is so poorly run, it makes me honestly so understand why people rob banks. This company is so unbelievably rich and profitable, yet they can't pay more than one teller to work at a time? Then the manager comes out and tries to explain to me that I'm the idiot for waiting. She was rude and passive aggressive and I'll never go to this branch again. Go literally anywhere else unless you have all day to waste in line.

Very sad day. We went to open a bank account and the legal department not only rejected our request, but closed our father's bank account as well. We're going to sue Bank of America and are already talking to the executives. We will be deposing the woman who opened our account to see if she tried to sabotage us.

Just reminded of how absolutely terrible BOAs customer service is. In a line 11 people long with one teller taking his sweet time. Hire more tellers. Do better with your service experience. Just an awful branch and it always has been.

Varaz is attentive to the teller line and is outstanding in keeping it moving. He has helped out numerous times, always feel that he can help or explain concisely and properly what he can and can't do. Honest and straightforward.

Used this bank for a few years and I have to say it's a good place. Was able to solve a fraud issue I had by going in. I was always treated well.

The worst bank ever... not just the service but the attitude!!! Walked in trying to cash my check & make a deposit and was told they couldn't cash it because I was 29 cents over drawn; I said I'm not only gonna cash it, I'm deposit a portion of it and get the rest in cash and still they won't do it... I said I can deposit 20 or 40 dollars at the atm so that my account won't have a negative balance and come back inside and cash the check and still have a negative response, saying it was only at the manager discretion to have it cash, so I ask another employee to talk to a manager and explain the issue and her answer was a complete NO, she won't even let me took to a manager; said that they couldn't cash it and told me to go to Wells Fargo and have it cash there, which is exactly what I did. This ppl don't care and have no customer skills period. Im closing my account with this fools and going over to WELLS FARGO... BABOSOS!!
