This bank has long lines and always only one to two tellers. Unfortunately, It's the closest bank far East of Pasaden due to a lot of the Bank of America's closed down. Since the pandemic, they even close earlier now at 4 pm. Most people are still at work when they are closing which sucks for customers.

Lousi the Manager is the type of employee that BofA should strive to keep and promote and promote. She was friendly and informed. I really appreciated her effort, and she has a really good team working with her. Rita, Sossie, and Ambrosia all were on top of everything and quick. They all know their bank products and are sharp in person. I really love doing business with this branch and have had accounts with them for years. Every person I come in contact with is very helpful, wonderful attitude, and are willing to sit down and go over all the options and open to discussing what is right for you without pushing to sell their product. Wonderful service, wonderful branch. Thanks Lousi !

The worst customer service. I went in to see a representative. I was told I had to make an appointment and come back later. Their were at least 3 employees sitting in their cubes alone that could not be bothered. This has never happened to me at Wells Fargo. This branch has always had the attitude they are doing me a favor for giving them my money that they invest.

1 star for Rita at the window who acts like you're bothering her with any question. Has sour demeanor and bad attitude and why Managers have her at the front window is beyond me if they're trying to portray a culture of customer service! 5 stars for every other teller who greets you with a hello and a how can I help you, versus a what do you want/you're bothering me attitude from Rita.

Nobody works at this branch. I have been here the last 4 times. Every time you have one person working and a bunch of employees walking around talking. Not good.

If I could start with a zero star I would. This place has bad customer service , they act like they own your own hard earned money and through the times I think I should give this place another chance because of its distance-- my experience just gets worst. The manager is an absolute joke. Make sure your employees are working and not talking about online shopping while helping a customer. Make sure you guys are doing your job verifying.

Had the worst experience at this bank in trying to add myself on as a signer. It took three attempts and then I gave up. Even after being provided specific instructions each time, and returning with the requested information, they wanted something else. They won't talk to you unless you have an appointment which takes 2 weeks to get. Do yourself a favor, and do your banking elsewhere.

This branch is a joke. The managers here don't understand a very basic banking concept: petty cash. Which I guess could maybe pass if they weren't so rude. Why would it take you 45minutes to tell me that you can't cash the check and then give me incorrect instructions of what to do next. Which would continue to waste my time. They told me to go to my personal bank and cash it there. I knew this was not going to fly but the dude sounded so sure of himself I went just to be certain. My bank laughed and said he didn't know what he was talking about. Come on guys get some better training please! Wish I got his name so I could call him out directly.

Zero stars if I could. This bank already has shortened hours of 9-4. So why would someone with a brain send employees to lunch, when everyone else in the working world who has lunch between 12-1, and uses that time to go to the bank, shows up at the bank. So in short, one teller, and 12+ people in line last Monday at this location. But if that isn't enough, 1 teller, with the manager (?) in the back with her, but not helping customers. She could however, get change for an employee that was seeming to go on break. And yea, another body to act as a greeter. You see the line, she should get behind the window and help start making the line short, but no, she was hugging and chatting with a customer behind me. Truly, B of A is going downhill and not for the better. If the new interior design (which is dark and dreary amongst ALL branches) is not indicative of this, the service sure is.

The bankers don't seem to have an idea of what they can actually offer. They seem inexperienced and lacking the knowledge needed to actually help clients navigate through their financial journeys. It's a waste of time to go there.

I went to the bank today to get small bills. I can't do that on line unfortunately. Waited for a half an hour to get to a teller and there were only about 4 people in line ahead of me. Two of the three tellers were helping merchants who took a very long time. The third teller was helping a woman with a lengthy credit card issue and went on break just before I got to the head of the line. There should be a separate teller just for merchants so the rest of us can be helped promptly. People with lengthy issues used to go over to someone in an office. When I left there were at least ten people outside in line, around the corner of the bank, standing in the sun. Pretty miserable.

Yesterday I went to withdraw a large amount of money from the ATM at 5pm. This branch has 5 ATMs. The 1st one I went to had no cash. The 2nd one had only 10's, the 3rd one had no cash. At this point I went to the drive through ATMs. They have 2 tandem ATMs. The furthest one was out of order but there was no sign so I got angry at the person in front of me and told them to move up, at which point she told me the furthest one was out of order which made me feel very foolish. When I pulled up to the last ATM, it again only had 10s. Not acceptable at any time on any day. I went by again today to go inside and the line had 10 people out the door. Not enough staff I guess but still unacceptable.

At least Bank of America could do is post a sign in the window that states they are temporarily closed. And make it big enough for the elderly to read it. It was very sad to see elderly people just standing out there. In the heat thinking that the line was just slow. You have a dozen signs in the window about COVID and everything thing else. Trying putting one up the states you are closed for the day. I had to go through heck to find the info about the bank being closed yesterday Oct 1 Then shared with the people standing out there. Where has customer service gone.

Very thankful that this branch is open for in-person banking Mon-Fri. Even during Covid19 people need to do banking in person.
