Word of caution, if your need to get a roll of quarters, count and inspect your rolls before leaving. I got a $10 roll that was missing 4 quarters and included a Canadian quarter. I tried notifying the bank of the mishap and they could care less.

The ATM at this location ate some of my money yesterday! Be careful when depositing bills through the ATM. I was pretty upset. And of course no one answers the phone. So disgusted and disappointed.

No one will help the customers with simple Teller transactions. Branch is open, 3 different employees back there, apparently only the teller can help us and he is "out at lunch." Sitting there with managers, but none of them will help. After staying here 10 min, they said it may be another 20 min.

August 30th Friday This is the first time experiencing ur branch. I walked in and sat myself in the waiting area to wait my turn to talk with a Relationship Manager. As I was waiting patiently for my turn to be called next, I could hear Jazmine talking to a customer but at that moment I didn't know her name., I wasn't eavesdropping what caught my attention was her professionalism and her kindness in her voice to help and make customers satisfied. And not to mention I was sitting where my back was against Jazmine I was facing the glass office. Finally It was my turn to be called next and It was the voice that sounded so welcoming while waiting my turn, and she sat me to her desk. Inside I was really happy I was going to be assisted by her. The whole process Jazmine was very professional and her personality and determination to help was amazing to watch and with a smile on her face the whole time. This generation that I have experienced are lazy and rude and to meet Jazmine gave me hope and made me feel good that people do care for great satisfaction from her generation for customers. I also wanted to give props to the supervisor that hired Jazmine Alvarez you made the right choice on hiring her. Jazmine is valuable to ur company. I will recommend everyone to your branch.

I have a missing credit card and have tried to do their apps and telephone. Nothing works. This is a new card and I don't have all the numbers. I've tried calling this location where I signed up for this card 15 times only to be rejected every time. I don't believe I'll be doing much business with Bank of America

whatever you do never ever ever try to get a home equity or other loan from bank of america!!! awful awful service and no one talks to anyone in their maze of departments! they lie, they dont communicate, and dont follow through with anything they say i have 800+ credit score, stable job, no credit card debt, and all my accounts bith b of a for 11 years and they make me jump through three months of hoops, repeatedly cancel home appraisal inspections, and keep adding on paperwork requirements after already providing them! nobody talks to anybody! lots of excuses from them and the people that promise to fix the situation also drop the ball!!! awful awful awful service! didnt realize my credit union gave heloc loans and just got my check today after applying a month ago. closing all my accounts with bank of america and moving elsewhere!! horrible service for long time customer!!!!!!
