We dropped in to check out a few items for our new outdoor kitchen. Pablo was very knowledgeable and helped us get the things we needed (and not get the things we didn't need). He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us all the specs of the appliances we were looking at. He made ordering and delivery a breeze. Pablo really made our experience a great one! I will definitely come back for anything BBQ/outdoor kitchen related. A few notes - it's a little hard to get to the parking lot unless you're going north on Rosemead, so get yourself on that side of the street. And the store looks closed due to tinted windows, but it's not, so don't turn around because it looks closed - try the door!

So, after complaining about having to fix the hole that was drilled without any thought....Barbeques Galore offered me a refund of the installation fee. Review has therefore been updated. At least their customer service is good.

Manny is an absolute god. If you are going to Barbeques Galore in Pasadena and anyone but Manny comes up, I would say wait it out. If I say “Is Manny here?” and they say “he is not here today”, I’m gonna turn around, I’m gonna walk straight out of there, I’m gonna go home, I’m gonna say to the kids, guys, we’ll order in, we don’t have any BBQ, and they will go why and I’ll say Manny wasn’t there and even my 4-year-old daughter will say I completely understand that. As long as there’s a place in Pasadena called Babeques Galore, you’ll have a friend, in Manny!

Was going to order over $1300 in bbq supplies. Still asked us to charge $50 for delivery and $150 for assembly. Also was not very helpful at all about anything at all.

The Manager called me and told me they were able to get a warranty claim going. The part is going to get delivered in December. So about 3 months wait. The wait time is fine since I know there are issues in logistics. We'll see if they actually come through in Dec.
