I recommend this shop if you have been trying to find a legit shop. I had 2 claims open at the same time when I brought my car here. Dealing with the insurance for months not wanting to pay out (of course) but being successful. They definitely handled my car quickly thanks to Raffi.

This is a re-review of my girlfriend's car experience. Attached are the photos. I'm disappointed with the outcome; what I initially thought was wax or polish residue appears to be dots or primer paint on top of the paint. Additionally, there's a lack of cleanliness with wax spots all over the car. In person, it's evident that I'm quite upset. Although I've been a loyal customer for a while, I'm not usually picky about my personal car. However, I should have considered the previous experience with my front driver side fender repair, where a small dent wasn't fixed, and the side marker wasn't masked properly. Furthermore, one tab on my bumper doesn't look flush like the other side. Nevertheless, I hope you can rectify these issues. If not, it's understandable, but it's unfortunate to lose a loyal customer.i have more photos but I'm limited with 10 photos

I called Hrag at Bells & Vaughn because I needed help installing my impaktech crash cage on my 2020 Yamaha R3. It was a very complicated installation due to the cuts that had to be made to my fairings and the lack of directions from impaktech. We also found that having a full exhaust on the bike made for an even more complicated installment. Thankfully they made it work, his brother even welded a piece to go around the exhaust to connect both sides of the cage on the bike. Beyond that, they also checked other parts of the bike that were in dangerous functioning places and moved & secured them for me. They really made my life easier and thankful for them addressing other issues that I was unaware of. And in a timely manner I might add!

I recommend this family owned shop to anyone who's interested in fast, friendly service. Quick turn around time and fantastic quality. They were able to replace the front bumper, lip and aftermarket grill on my ND Miata and left it as good as new. They worked closely with my insurance company and I didn't have to pay a dime out of pocket.

I brought my Yamaha R1 in the shop, shant and hrag helped me out by adding a full exhaust pipe and welding it! Very great/clean/fast service.

I can't say enough good things about Hrag, Shant and the rest of the team at Bells&Vaughn. I've had them work on my 2019 Miata a few times now . Once for repairs which ended up making the car drive better than new and another time for modifications to the car. The attention to detail they put in is second to none. They truly look after your car like it was their own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for anything they may need to have done to their vehicle.

Great family owned business in all aspects of business from customer service and work completed with the importance of customer satisfaction. Having an older Benz and not knowing the work done to it, Shant worked with me and did a ton of problem shooting to dial in the stance I wanted. Highly recommend them!

I came to Bella & Vaughn after passing by and seeing there sign outside. I have a 2023 Toyota Tundra and was looking for a shop to install my lift kit. Shant installed the lift kit and got the truck aligned in just a few hours. I'm very happy with how the truck came out and will most definitely be going back for everything else I have planned in the future.

Poor quality Poor service Lack of respect Missed details Missed detail with a dent that I showed them Usually body shops will mark it , his mark is ( oh yeah) Well "oh yeah " made me come back AGAIN to drop off the car because A) it wasn't fixed they forgot the dent B) there was big paint drips on the area worked on. I asked if someone smokes cigarettes because it smelled like it in my car for two weeks and I have a daughter that gets in the car he said " no "( it's the welding) at this point I don't know it's that's even true. Finally picked up the car and now There's spray of paint on my mirror driver side, fender Part of the door driver side and on my visor on top So let me guess I have drop off AGAIN? It's not even worth putting my energy in this just don't come here and save yourself some time and money. Yeah may seem like I'm overreacting. But I never been to a body shop that requires so many times of taking back the car this many times to fix Their mistakes. I was recommended here by a friend he said their cool But cool doesn't get you far ! quality ,punctuality , great service and Details is what speaks to me and that wasn't my experience here unfortunately.

I don't usually write reviews but this place needs to be recognized for their great work as well as customer service. Raffi is very friendly and helpful. He makes you feel welcomed and has the best intentions for the customers. I will definitely be going back to them for any of my car needs. Thanks for bringing my Lexus back to life!!

Referred by USAA. One of the worst collision shop experiences I've ever had. I only took the USAA referral because I have been out of the collision business for over decade now. I had a sedan with a headlamp, bumper, fender, and driver side door repair. The door was actually replaced. They did a terrible job on the paint delivering it with a run in the paint and the headlamp disconnected. They also delivered it almost a week after they promised it. They never called me to update me once. I had to call them every time. I reconnected the headlamp myself. When I took it back in to have the door repainted. They delivered the car covered with bird droppings, and with two new scratches in the paint on the door beneath the door handle. It looks as if the technician made the small scratches reinstalling the doorhandle. I brought them to their attention, and they just shrugged at me. At no point during this entire debacle, did anybody ever apologize for the terrible work, lack of responsiveness, or inconvenience. Go anywhere else, anywhere!

We had a great experience at Bells & Vaughn! Their estimate was right on and the car was finished in reasonable time. They communicated clearly and were very patient. I had gotten a second estimate from another body shop but they started at $1500 then they changed it to $5500. Meantime their communication was sloppy and inconsistent! Bells & Vaughn were a dream. The estimate was $3000 and at the end it was $2800. I recommend them highly!!
