Last month, I accompanied a friend to purchase a car. At my friend’s request, I sent emails over the weekend to three dealerships in Los Angeles. One of them, a gentleman named Hunter, responded enthusiastically the very same day!
During the process, we had to weigh the pros and cons between waiting for the 2025 model and taking immediate delivery of the 2023 model, which came with a significant discount. Hunter provided us with objective and thoughtful advice throughout—never pushing us one way or the other. His professionalism, attentiveness, and respectful manner made the entire experience very comfortable and reassuring.
We also had the pleasure of interacting with Eric, another charming gentleman and a great conversationalist!
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience helping my friend buy a car, and one that’s certainly worth sharing. Wishing everyone all the best!

Rusnak Finance Manager, Alex Padilla, was very helpful in arranging for the extended warranty on my 2019 Jaguar XJ8L, explaining the different options, coverages, and available financing.
My service advisor of 20 years, Eden Esparza, was also very helpful, as usual, and connected me with Alex.
I've been a loyal Rusnak customer since 1988, and people like Eden and Alex are among the main reasons I keep going back there!
Even though the Jaguar line has, sadly, changed in recent years, and Rusnak no longer sells them, at least I can still get my car serviced there, and I can still enjoy the high level of service and customer care I've come to expect and appreciate from Rusnak Pasadena!

My sales representative was one of a kind. Vrezh Zatikyan is so knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me. I was able to make an informed decision and didn’t worry that unlike other sales people, I didn’t feel like he was out there to rip me off. He is genuinely a person you want to have in your life whether it’s to purchase from him or become a friend.
