i bought a computer out of box from best buy it was broken i had to return it they sold me the one other out of box one they had and offered a five year discounted warranty for only 200 dollars so I bought it. A year later the computer does a blue screen once a month and I kept crippling along because it still runs if i reboot it, all of a sudden I get a 200 dollar best buy charge to my credit card and had to cancel it as I had no idea what the charge was. I figured out after researching all my purchases that the salesperson had actually sold me total membership plan that costs 200 dollars a year NOT an actual 5 year warranty for 200 dollars, without my knowing it. It rebilled me, I never even knew I signed up for it. Be cautious with out of box computers and their total protection plan that renews every year as you can mistakenly think its one time warranty cost, and if you try to cancel it you lose your computer warranty altogether. I am usually really careful in understanding what I am buying to avoid things like this and I lost my warranty, so I advise to just be careful is all.

So I've been a customer of Best Buy for about 15+ years now. It seems like over the years, months, and days, they keep hiring incompetent and slow workers at this location and I don't mean that in a negative way towards the people that actually work there, I just mean they are not qualified to work in a setting like that or they just choose to be slow because they aren't being trained properly. It should not take 2 hours for a phone case to be ready for pick up. It should not take 6 hours for a PS5 controller to be ready for pick up. I can go on and on. I guess the days of good prices and high prices = great service are over and now it's just horrible service even if buying thousands and thousands of dollars worth of products from this location. Don't think I'll be stepping foot into a Best Buy when I can just order elsewhere for cheaper. Terrible service.

Here works the dumbest stupid people I've ever seen working. The line was almost 2 turn n only two slow cashiers doing the work. The dumb girl attending the first box was so unhelpful and rude. Don't come to this store in the morning bunch of lazy ass workers doing but nothing

It’s okay, I bought it offline after reading the goods online. If it weren't for the fact that best buy online shopping is a piece of shit, I wouldn't bother going offline.

I waited an hour before the store opened just so I could get the samsung s24 ultra 256gb, and it said they had one in stock. So when I went into the mobile section and the only guy there was helping me and he went to look if the one in stock was there and he came back saying we don't have it and then when I tell him can you please double check if that one is in stock this fruit pop turns around and tells me if you want to rush it we just won't sell you the product. WHAT?!?! Then, when I got to tell the manager Brianna what the fruit pop said, she just said, "I'm so sorry you experienced that." REALLY?!?! You dont have the common courtesy of telling me we don't have it in stock rather than me wait 1 hour before the store opens, and on top of that, your sales associates act like little girls. Yea, well, I just went to verizon, and they helped me and got my hard earned money spent there. No wonder Best Buy is becoming more of a toilet company. The only way I would shop here is if I am desperate and just have no option. Hopefully, amazon will just run your company down the drain, and slowly, it is.

I went in looking for a TV and received great advice and customer service from Shane B. He recommended a LG 48" A2 which prioritized my most important features but kept it within my budget. For delivery and installation Jennifer and another member of the Geek Squad (forgot his name, sorry) did a fast and professional job.
