Placed an order online. Came to pick it up after the pickup window. They were out of the item but waited until I arrived to cancel the order and send the email. I would have saved a lot of time if they had updated their stock and canceled the order before after the pickup window.

Sadly, this BevMo has gone way downhill. Their service used to be great, but the new management and staff are clueless about their own liquor selection and how to treat their customers with even minimal care. Their displays are disorganized and mislabeled. And the ambience is utterly depressing. One can spend half an hour shopping there without a single employee asking if they can be of help. It seems like the staff gets replaced every few months and most of them don't even pretend they want to work there. The manager Judith is particularly horrendous. It's appalling that someone with such complete lack of knowledge, professionalism, respect and friendliness can be assigned the role of managing and leading any store at all, especially such a large and busy one. Honestly, there is absolutely zero reason not to shop instead at Total Wine across the street.

Yay! This BevMo! in South Pasadena has Smirnoff Smash, Coconut/Pineapple Flavor 8% Alcohol Content, 23.5 oz. They also have the 4.5% Alcohol Content, 11.2 oz High Alcohol Content plus it's 23.5 oz size, it's almost like drinking 4 cans of regular beer so be careful, don't drive after drinking 1 full can!! Since i'm too busy to buy my Favorite Cocktail Drink ingredients, "MALIBU BAYBREEZE", Cranberry Juice, Malibu Coconut Rum, and Pineapple Juice, this Smirnoff Smash is the closest to it.... Most Liquor Stores don't carry this particular Smirnoff flavor so i stock up by buying a few cases!

I remember when this store used to be so fun. The 5-cent wine sales were an adventure. I recently went and discovered that it's totally different now. BevMo is now owned by Gopuff and everything is somewhat confusing. The selection has diminished greatly. I was looking for Merlot and saw that they had only a handful of choices. The prices weren't great either. In the liqueur department, the selection is slim as well. They had three bottles of vermouth on the shelf. It's become more like a big liquor store than a wine store in terms of feel. I miss what it used to be.

I chose to order from a BevMo (Pasadena - Arroyo Seco) not in my immediate area because they carried two selections of Nectar. The variety 12 pack (Mandarin, Yuzu, Lychee, Asian Pear) and the POG (Passion, Orange, Guava) six pack. Perfect timing too! The latest promotional email coupon landed in my inbox a few days ago. I stocked up with plenty of Nectar to last me quite a while. The Nectar Asian flavors tasted so good last time I got the variety pack that I chose to do a super order and max out the $25 discount on orders over $150. I came in on Saturday mid-morning. It was super chill, only one customer at check out. This was the first time I noticed the Mo. There was random stuff that I didn't expect to find at BevMo. It didn't take but a minute for Mikhail to come over and help me out. Picking up my order was very easy. He grabbed all the items in my order and put them in my shopping cart. I only needed to show my DL, sign for the order, and load my car parked in front of the store. I was in and out of there really quickly.

I have to write this: I had a bad experience with a man and a girl at the counter. I had to pick up and order with 23 bottles of wine. The order was order and paid, but they didn't have it, the guy just said oops! and told me 20 minutes, took more minutes to find a person to make my order, the new guy told me 10 minutes, after 10 minutes I saw the guy bringing just 1 of the 23I asked the first guy if he can help to bring the other 22 and he said no, when we were talking, the girl cashier told me to cancel the order and leave ???? He told me I was rude. Rude for asking to a CUSTOMER SERVICE for help ?Awful lady and lazy guy, who didn't wanted to make a 23 bottles of wine order.I notice the lady was rude when another customer when I was there.

Hello: I don't want to hear you're handed . Trader Joe's never ever has people waiting in line. The line is 10 people deep and only one check our stand . Really? The point of a store is to sell items. So the most important part of the store is checkout. This is my neighborhood store and I want to support local business . Get your act together.

Lily the cashier pushed me aside to go get my phone for the BEVMO barcode. The next customer did not have his phone yet she made me wait while he went to go get his phone. I am a female he was a young male as she was. I called her attention to it, she then refused to serve me. She made me go to a young guy who said he was the assistant manager. I informed him and he said he would speak to her. As I walked out, Lily mocked me by saying have a good day. She had not said that to anyone else. She purposely sent me to to other gentleman to have me wait longer because he was already helping someone else... What customer service....
