The SECOND time I have come here trying to get data service I PAY for and which hasn't worked properly for months -- and the store is closed when it's supposed to be open. No sign, no nothing. I understand emergencies happen, but that's when other staffers need to step up and at least put up a sign. It would also be nice if staff knew all technologies they sell, regardless of whether they personally have an iPhone or Android. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and between this and the sharply deteriorating phone AND internet service -- and the complete unwillingness of Boost to provide competent technical support via web, phone OR store, if you wonder why you're losing customers -- this is why.

One of the clerks there has told me for the last 3 months, that they will have new phones in "by the end of the month". Which month I wonder, since they haven't gotten any in?

I came in to activate my new phone and purchase a new screen protector and case. What I thought would take a while ended up being a lot faster than I thought. Jasmine helped me out and was beyond fantastic. She set everything up, informed me on new deals and ways to save moving forward. I will without a doubt go back with anything I need regarding my phone.
