They are completely unreachable by phone when you need help at any point during your rental period. God forbid should you ever run into and problems with your rental. And they’re also extremely slow when processing a pick up or return. This business could be run much more efficiently but it seems like they have no interest in doing that. It’s a shame. Won’t be coming back to this branch.

If you call to reserve rental car do not ever "pre-pay in order to receive savings."I returned my car a day early and Budget said they couldn't adjust payment because I pre-paid. Felt ripped off

Horrific service here. The person at the counter refused to adhere to Budget's policy for authorized drivers in California and would not remove a $13/day fee for adding my parent as a driver. BE AWARE that California policy states there is no fee for adding parent, sibling, child of a renter. budget.com/en/help/usa-f… They also noted the odometer incorrectly and claimed we drove 14,000 miles in less than four days and marked the fuel incorrectly forcing me to call customer service THREE TIMES to get this fee removed. Seriously, this was the worst experience, go anywhere else.

I was given a rate in the website. I paid for it. When I got to the place they said I used a company code (?) which I wouldn’t have access to one even if I wanted to. They increased the rate, treated me as if I was lying and made me pay more. I really wanted to just leave but I needed the car. Lesson learned, if I can’t trust the website then I am never renting with Budget again.

This rental business is appalling. We rented a car online and prepaid for the car. When collecting the car, it had not been returned. After 15 minutes we were informed the car was not being returned and we would have to pay extra for any other car. The associates were not interested in finding an appropriate solution. On returning the car, we were charged a much higher amount than agreed to and also accused of being late with the return-we returned the car under 24hours. There is no customer service, no interest or desire to find solutions and a “blame the customer” culture is overriding at this location.

When you rent from a place called Budget, your expectations are not exactly high but this place still managed to disappoint. We were going on a road trip and we requested a compact SUV. We got there at the scheduled time, saw an enormous SUV in the front, and joked, "That's not our car, is it?" Alas, when we got to the counter, they informed us that it was. We also asked, "You're not going to charge us extra, are you?" They paused and then said no. I understand that car rental places, especially smaller operations, may not have a lot of stock and you may need to compromise a little bit. In this case, we were being asked to compromise quite a bit with either a Camry or an Expedition, two extreme ends of the spectrum. I think we were reasonable to ask if there was anything else closer to what we wanted. One of the employees got upset pretty quickly and said that they have what they have and it's not their fault. The other person checked the system and told us a Sienna would be coming in. We decided not to take any of the options. I would have appreciated a heads up that our requested vehicle was not available so we wouldn't have been surprised like that.Thankfully they processed a refund without any further ado and we ended up going to Enterprise. Unfortunately it did delay us getting on the road and we ended up arriving at our destination quite late.

Had to cancel a car reservation i made to go see family for new years. I called and talked to an agent that assured me I would get the full refund. Instead I wake up the next day and see that I've been charged twice which stopped me from seeing my family and ruined new years for me. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been refunded for either charge. Haven't been given any explanations as to why I was charged or what happened.

Great Location, Daniel is the best! Needed a holiday rental to go to the mountains and Daniel hooked us up with the 4 Wheel Drive, super friendly to all the customers, definitely will be renting all my cars from Daniel! Thanks again!

I rented a Kia soul through the Hopper app. Went to the rental location filled out all the paperwork signed everything and then was given a low end passenger car. Not that the Kia soul is a wonderful car but it's better than the piece of crap that I was given. And quite frankly it's more difficult getting in and out of the car than a Kia soul. What makes me unhappy is the lack of any kind of concern from the rental agent. His response is "oh yeah, they always advertise the wrong cars it's been that way for years". Like that's an acceptable response. He knew he was signed me up for the incorrect car and didn't tell me anything until everything was signed. It's a scummy switch and bait and I don't appreciate it

This place is awful and the people working there are ride and mean. They act like they're doing you a favor by renting you a car, and they did not walk the car with me before I drove away then accused me of damaging the car upon return. I took my own pictures of two small dings but they found other damage they say wasn't there. I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

Got a rental. Car gas and condition wasn’t check by rep. But I check it myself and took a pic of the gas tank meter. I did my own walk around. When I too it back. Rep did not question me that the tank was full or not when pick up. But instead took it upon his own to charge me extra for a full tank that wasn’t full when I picked it up. My credit card was charge also. Now there’s 2 charges on my account. The right one and the one he did without consulting with me about first. It a headache to get honesty employees any more. Or someone who just know how to do the job

Showed up and here and they told me they did not have a car here for me. I would not recommend if you ever want to change your pick up time. Unprepared business. There were others in the same boat as me.
