Do not waist your time or hard earned money on this place is not worth it I took my car in and when I got it back my hood was very messed up and they don’t want to be hold accountable for it lying and making excuses.

Repairs were made extremely fast and done to perfection. Price was reasonable for damages incurred. There is an efficient and organized process to ensure customer satisfaction while the repairs are being made. Customer is treated with respect and courtesy. I came away knowing I was in good hands.

I recently had my car repaired here. The staff here are wonderful, and very quick to respond. I couldn’t have asked for a better detail to service on my vehicle. The manager got back to me as soon as my car was available and the service crew were professional and thorough. I want to give a specific shout out to the repairer Alfredo, who actually helped clean up a preexisting scratch on the drivers side in addition to the repairs on my car. That was very generous of him to do, and he is a very hard working and nice guy. I will recommend your business to others in the future, thank you again!

I went to Caliber Collision after an unfortunate fender bender. We all have these experiences, but they can be frustrating. Caliber Collision was able to take my vehicle in and have the repairs completed in a prompt and professional manner. I appreciate them making this frustration seamless and had me back in my car quickly.

I would never recommend this place where do I start about this nightmare , Allen was in charge of our repairs after our accident. Our car was estimated to be done in 2 weeks and got done in 1. We got our vehicle back and it wasn’t right still so we sent it right back. They were suppose to tow it on a flat bed instead they ended up joy riding it back to Pasadena from walnut about 28 miles when no one gave them permission to along with they seen the charge was low and still drove it.
Allen said it was ready about a day after they towed it back to walnut and still looked exactly the same. So the walnut location actually took care of us because to top it off from driving the vehicle on the road they chipped the paint on the hood so it had to be repainted ! But the story doesn’t
Stop there. They took our case of water out of the trunk left some open Oreo cookies in the front assuming they stopped for a snack while taking our vehicle for a 28 mile ride and left trash all in the back that wasn’t there. Highly do not recommend this location. I even emailed Allen the photos and still have not got a apology

when the insurance company contacted the body shop, I was able to get an appointment next day to drop off my vehicle and the work they did, was really good. I'm am very satisfied with the work done to my car!
