they promise hold the old parts but not. they just email on the date they complete the work and makes me paid extra 3 days of car rentals. the head light they replace has dust on surface and hidden corners, looks like they didn't replace new parts. Completely not satisfy. not recommended

There aren’t many Tesla approved repair shops near me in San Gabriel Valley area. It took a while for me to find a shop that I trust and insurance is approved. Once I decided to use them after reading multiple reviews, I decided to repair my Tesla model 3 here, 2 years ago. They did a really good job and I just had to use them again for my model Y. They provide updates to me via text every few days and that’s all I needed to know and if I can get car back in the estimate repair time. They got it done early both times and I’m quite happy. If you goto their shop for the estimate, over half the cars there, are Teslas. So you know their staff are familiar with how to handle EV.

I want to tell you about my recent experience with CARSTAR-Douglas Body Shop. A few weeks back, my brand new Tesla Model 3 got hit while it was parked. I found CARSTAR-Douglas Body Shop through the Tesla website and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in for an estimate, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I dropped off my car on a Monday, and Josue Espinoza kept me informed about the repair process throughout the week. True to their word, the car was ready by the end of the week, and it looked as good as new. It's rare to come across businesses that truly prioritize customer service, but CARSTAR-Douglas Body Shop went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch service!

I was rear ended and Carstar Douglas took care of my vehicle. They were prompt, attentive and communicative. I had a special situation regarding the repair and Carstar Douglas accommodated my concerns. John and Josue were fantastic as well as Jazmin. There was another lady at the front desk and she was helpful as well. Kudos to this team!
