My Dad and I had a great experience at Casper picking out a new mattress. Ileana was very kind and helpful, answering all of our questions. The mattress was very easy to take home and set up, and we would absolutely recommend Casper and Ileana to others!

Went to Casper today to try out the mattresses since they were recommended by a few friends. We were helped by Perry who very patiently helped us try out different mattresses and pillows. We found one we liked and ended up getting a great bundle deal with the Black Friday sales. Thank you so much to Perry for such a wonderful, efficient experience. We were already stressed from shopping around the day prior. We were able to purchase a mattress same day with lots of savings and take it home. so excited to try it! Everyone buy a mattress from Perry at Casper!

After a full day of mattress shopping, my family and I stopped into Casper and were blown away by the exceptional service we received from Iliana. We had our energetic 4-year-old with us, and Iliana went above and beyond by engaging our daughter with such warmth and kindness. My husband and I were able to test out the mattresses in peace (something we hadn’t experienced anywhere else!). If you’re considering a Casper mattress, go see Iliana. I’ve owned my Casper queen size for almost 10 years now and I love it but it’s time to upgrade for a king size for my growing family. We went to the Pasadena store and immediately greeted by Hans Daza. He walked through us to all the brand new and updated mattresses. Hans helped and guided us through the process with an excellent communication plus deals! thank you helping us! always invest in your sleep!

Truly unmatched buying experience. The store is setup for you to try everything and stay as long as you need. The staff is personable and very knowledgeable of the product.
Hans has been an incredible partner to my wife and I in our mattress journey. We initially went with the Dream but found it to be a bit softer than what we prefer. Hans worked with us to switch to a Snow and we couldn’t be happier.

Perry at the Pasadena Casper exemplifies the meaning of customer service. We were victims of the Eaton Canyon fire and he went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our purchases seamless. I highly recommend asking for Perry if you need assistance with a new mattress. We love our Casper!

Hans at the Pasadena is an absolute gentleman! Such an incredible help from the very beginning to the end of my mattress purchase. Communicative and thorough the process could not have gone more smoothly. I was in the market for a Dream Max Twin XL and he helped me get one quickly delivered. It didnt end of being a good fit for me and he helped me with the refund and donation process like a total pro. Highly recommended.

Perry made what could’ve been a stressful first mattress shopping trip feel completely effortless. He took the time to ask what we were looking for, guided us to the mattresses that fit our needs, let us test each bed at our own (very indecisive) pace, and even pointed out the best current deals. I cannot recommend purchasing your mattresses here enough! My husband and I bought our mattress in August 2024 and worked with Ileana then and found her to be patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Soon thereafter, the Eaton Fire hit and we needed to discard our new mattress. We reached out to Ileana to replace our mattress and were met with such empathy, kindness, and amazing customer service. She worked quickly to ensure that once we arrived home, we could sleep comfortably again. We are so grateful for her and for Casper!

Excellent customer services from Hans! He was very patient in the store when we struggled to make a decision. When we realized the bed wasn't available for pickup, he helped reach out looking for an updated delivery date when it was delayed in weather.

PERRY in Pasadena was truly attentive and helpful, customer focused, and made the process easy and pleasant.
