Well kept. Fun place for the kids... they have the playground and lots of green space to run around. Today it's a tad dirty with some trash laying around and there were a few homeless encampments.

Only downside is when you go after dark.. watch out there are alot of sketchy people there.. day time.. it's ok as you can stir away but at night time... so sketchy
